I personally think this place is a racket to steal parents' hard earn money when we just need a safe place to take our kids so they are not home in front of TV screens. The games are way too short. We were lucky if the games lasted 60 secs before needed to add more money. Each game is like a tic toc video. Sad part is you may not even realize it if you don't Plat it with your kid . But that's why they're coming so frequently to get more $$$ on the card. Take my advise Go to the indoor playgrounds instead. Side note: staff should be wiping down handles periodically. For God sake are people washing their kids' hands before they eat?

I took my children for a evening out, when time came close to closing the young ladies in front were taking extremely long to cash in their tickets, when they finally done the manager with the red and black straight hair told the young lady that was helping us to stop and go clean the tables and walked off, so we’re just standing there and the security had to tell us that we could not be help and to come back, totally unprofessional, the manager(with the small leather jacket) had an attitude from jump, heard her complaining and cursing about someone taking someone’s shift and not showing up, my thing if your irritated by this environment why even apply or get a job to work at Chuck E. Cheese?Update: The managers name is Anisa very rude and unprofessional.

Truly flabbergasted! This place has came a long way for the better. I grew up coming here and I love all the improvements. The customer service was phenomenal, very professional and friendly. I love the new educational faces Chuckie discusses. We will definitely be back!
