The waitstaff is not trained well. Took a long time for mediocre food that is the most overpriced I've ever seen for what you get. Absolutely not worth the hype or money. Extremely disappointed, and will not be back. I've had much better experiences at chain restaurants and wish I just went to Olive Garden or something. Citron is touted as fine dining... but I don't think they even know what that is supposed to be. Could've been cleaner as well.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner with excellent food in a beautiful setting. Our server was attentive and helpful - couldn't have been nicer. Looking forward to returning when we can dine outside overlooking the water.

Dining at Citron is always an enjoyable experience. The food is well-prepared, served at the correct temperature, and the portions generous. The view of the lake from the main dining room and the deck is stunning. The staff, including the owner, are professional and friendly. Steve typically visits each table, not just for a quick "hello, thank you for coming" but actually engaging with the diners.

Small wedding (50 +/-).Overall worthy of 4 stars, but a few errors hurt.Indoor / outdoors (tent attached to building) - didn't turn on heaters (they had 'em set up, so points off). Likewise, ballroom was chilly - coats over gowns is not a good look.Cash bar - $50 for 2 *smallish glasses* of cute name mediocre wine, including a per-order service fee, is excessive and stupid ($8-12 for a party grade popular wine is a 2-300% markup for them)The staff was lovely (maitre'd was a bit stuffy), attentive, friendly, not intrusive).Food was excellent, well presented. Salmon moist & beautifully seasoned. Seafood meddley tasty and elegant. Filet mignon nicely done.Parking convenient and sufficient.

The food, view, and service at Citron were all outstanding! We had tuna tartar and calamari as appetizers, followed by salmon and pasta entrees. My husband and I sat out on the patio to enjoy the nice weather and there was a family with young children running off some energy, which is the only reason I rated the noise level as medium. We didn't mind at all and there was plenty of space, which made the deck perfect for the family. The one critique I have of the experience was that the owner came over to our table a few times and tried to make small talk while we were just trying to enjoy our night out alone. One time he came over right as we were about to ask our waiter for something and we missed our chance. Maybe some diners enjoy the attention, but after we didn't really engage the first time, I wish he had taken a hint and let us enjoy our evening in peace.

Decided to celebrate my birthday here with the Citron family and so happy I did. Not one thing was missed. The staff, amazing! The drinks (super cool gentlemen we called “R”) stunning!!!! The food, superb!!!! The guests, so much fun. It's one thing to enjoy the food, drinks, decor etc. but to also be among other guests who are just as amazing just shows that the establishment is particular & intentional about the target audience. We felt welcomed & appreciated. I am definitely returning. Thank you to C, & J (Josh) for an amazing experience.

Food is quite good if not a little pricey. Front of house and back of house staff have been excellent during all of my visits.Mediocre rating is because of a negative/rude interaction with the owner on another occasion. While he was closed, I temporarily stopped in his valet lane to run into a neighboring restaurant to pick up a to-go order (street parking full). He approached aggressively in his Porsche and chastised. Put up signs or close the lane if you don’t want it used after hours rather than publicly embarrass a repeat customer. Have heard from staff that culture is negative. I would recommend finding a better owner to support.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful valentines dinner last night at Citron. From the second we walked in we felt so welcomed. The atmosphere was classy yet comfortable and the food was amazing. Great service! We will most definitely be back again!
