This was my 1st time ordering from Crabs Down Under and I was very pleased. The customer service was amazing! When I called I didn’t get a recorded message. I was able to speak to a person who was kind and patient. I was told my crabs would be ready a certain time and they were ready when I got there. The crabs OH MY GOODNESS!! They were fresh, big, meaty, and very flavorful. The corn was also fresh as if it was picked that morning. My experience was good, from customer service to the quality of the products.

A busy little place and I see why!! I got 2 dozen of the large females and those babies are looking right ? Paul is definitely a cool dude and has no issue helping you understand the crustacean lingo ?

So I've only ordered crabs here myself twice so far, but both times were THE best to-go cooked crabs I've had in my adult life.Every single crab is worth eating, even worth celebrating. First time, 2 summers ago, I believe we scheduled a large order a day ahead and I was blown away by the quality. Last week, on a whim, we did a daily special on 2doz small males - and let me tell you - even when one felt light (which was the exception, not the norm) it was still packed to the gills with meat.Since then I've loudly been singing their praise and 2 friends followed suit after being convinced by my gospel.I write this review, but can't even be upset that the recent "Best crabs in Baltimore" list from Baltimore Banner skipped this spot because I am so tempted to keep it a secret for myself!!Highly recommended !!!
Their crabs are delicious. Good prices and excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back to support.

I visited this spot on 4/7/2023 for the first time after reading the reviews. First let me say the staff was very friendly and offered excellent customer service. NOW the crabs! BOMB! I got a dozen lg male and they were big and heavy! I could only eat 3! This was my first time at this spot but definitely will not be the Last! Thank You Crabs Down Under for a wonderful experience!KENDRA

Very disappointed. The website and the sign out front says that they're open daily. I drove all the way over here and they're closed. Never again. At least have a message on the answering machine that you're closed today like Blake's does. They make black businesses look bad.

Let me tell you it was a little hard to find we rode pass three times... But, But But the crabs were Sooooo delicious??????. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the medium females. And have made this our spot to go to now.

I am very disappointed, My husband planned his commute from Charleston, S.C. to New Jersey, our home state. Only if your website indicated you were closed on Sundays at least this Sunday 9/18/2022. Because we planned our entire travel around the business hours displayed on your website, only for the business to be closed. Small business or big business consistency is key. You are my go-to crab spot when I'm visiting my family in MD. I'm very disappointed and inconvenienced. Who would have known you'd need to make reservations for a place that doesn't offer seating?
