Burnt 3 pizzas, when we called back about them the person that answered the phone said they were the one that did the quality check. There's no way. Then they told us we had to bring them back to the store when we paid $5.99 for delivery plus tip that they assumed wasn't coming because we paid online with a credit card. (Not everyone puts tips on their card some still use cash). Then when they delivered the replacement pizzas they were under cooked. Lived in the area for 30years and have never had a problem with that location. Who ever is running it now needs to be fired as well as the employees that claim they checked the pizzas. That's the worst customer service I've ever received from that location.

Terrible customer service. I ordered food online at 7:13pm and the app said my food was delivered at 7:35pm. I realized my ring app never went off so I called 10 minutes later and spoke to the manager Monte. He was polite and tried to assure that my order would arrive shortly. Fast forward, I had to call in total 4 times, the last 2 times getting a female manager, I presume, who was rude and had no customer service skills at all and acted as though it was an inconvenience for her to be at work. The final call was exactly an hour after my food said was delivered. That will be the absolute last time I ever order from Dominoes.

I’m deeply enraged. Took extremely long after saying my food was on the way at 6:08. I didn’t get it until 7 they’re 8 mins away from me. And this is how the winds looked o top of being soggy. Pizza was barely warm. I called the manager who was EXTREMLY rude if that even was the manager.

Order was not received after 2 hours. Spent 1/2 hour on phone but no answer. I live 1.2 miles from store, but I have a broken leg or would have gone to store. Got email confirmation of order, got text confirmation AND text that driver had left thd store. Never contacted by store.

Ordered at 1pm, not even a busy time and it took the driver 2 hours to get to my location although it was 7 minutes away. Worst Dominos store i've ever been to, the service is terrible, the workers are rude and unethical, and the food sucks. Don't waste your time with this location.

I'm not sure how this place is still in business. The tracker doesn't work. The number of minutes left kept changing drastically from 20 to 1 minute even though it was at Prep. Prior to ordering, it said the location was only a 20 minute wait which was incorrect. When I called to find the real status, the person wasn't helpful at all and had an attitude. She basically asked me what did I want her to do about it. I just canceled the order. No deal is worth the long wait and poor customer service. Never again.
