On Wednesday, March 27th (around 3pm), my daughter and I stepped into your café located at 7002 A Reisterstown Rd, Baltimore, MD 21215. We’ve been there many times before and made purchases. We had even been there earlier on that day (around 11:30am).This time, we bought two hot chocolates. With us, we had two pastries and decided to snack on them. Apart from us, there was no one else present.Suddenly, one of your employees emerged from behind the counter and rudely demanded that we leave, right out into the rain. He didn’t even allow us to finish our drinks that we had just bought from your establishment.Instead of politely asking us to put away our pastries and continue enjoying our hot chocolates, he unceremoniously kicked us out. It was a despicable and heartless act. We suffered both emotionally and physically. He humiliated me in front of my daughter, treating us as if we were vagabonds.I am considering legal action against your company for this outrageous behavior.

Visited with my daughter to get an iced coffee. It was a beautiful morning and the coffee was great. We used the app and the drive thru.

The drive-through cashier made a mistake, which that can happen, but then I went inside the store in order to try and fix it and it took a lot of my time.The manager didn’t take any responsibility for it, and was trying to make me spend more money for their own mistake.Bottom line I had to pay more than I was supposed to.Spent more of my valuable time.Then got a bad customer service from the store manager.Don’t go there!

Normally, I wouldn't stop to rate a drive through. You get what you pay for and it's usually exactly that- no complaints or anything particular to rave about. But I have to give a shout out to this particular drive through.I wish I knew the name of the young man at the window who handled my order to give him a proper shout out. He was just a kid but so hard working and took the time to make a fresh pot of decaf since the current pot was hours old. He even asked first to make sure I had time to wait, since it wasn't busy, saying it would be quicker to give you the last cup we have right now, but a fresh pot will be worth the wait. AND IT WAS.Service with a smile, attention to detail and quality (realizing that last drop from the hours old pot would likely take like rubbish) He represented you well, Dunkin. It hit the spot. The extra effort and care paid off- THANK YOU for a fresh hot cup of coffee to warm my heart on a cold day.
Went to get some French Crullers and Bavarian Cream to find out that the two best Donuts ? ever is discontinued from all of the Dunkin Donuts. Otherwise the jelly donuts was fresh and moist. Mr star rating is solely on the discontinuation.

This store is terrible. It’s close to my job so I have given them a few chances but I wouldn’t buy food for my pet here. Tried the coffee twice both times it taste burnt. Tried a muffin it was hard. Ordered a bacon avocado sandwich(on door dash, they don’t specif they are kosher) I received some pink and white rubbery substance that I guess was a bacon substitute. Lastly I ordered hot tea and they even messed that up. Not to mention the phone number listed for them is disconnected ??♀️. Just throw the whole store in the trash ?️

I can't believe they now close at 9pm and even then you can only do drive thru at least 15 minutes before closing. The two people working there nearly 10 minutes before closing, told me to hurry up because they were about to close. Such a shame, the previous management was so friendly.Dietary restrictions: Kosher and Cholov Yisroel
