Don’t waste your time going here. There’s another DD about 1 mile or so away. I walked in to see 5 crew members and 1 manager. No other customers but me. Not even a person in the drive through. No one greeted me, very strange.I waited…no one came to take my order. The young man at the front continued to restock drinks in the fridge, he didn’t say a word. He looked at me and continued to restock. I think the manager needs training or how to manager her . This entire experience was completely unacceptable, especially because the store was EMPTY, with multiple people working on the shift.

If I could give it zero stars I would, management is horrible and the workers are childish. Waits are super long, it always seems to be foods all over the counters and floors and tables do not get cleaned. SHUT IT DOWN!

This place is inconsistent. The girl at the drive thru window during the weekdays in the morning has an attitude. The iced coffee I get is always wrong. It's either always too watery, missing something in it or just flat yucky. I've come here a lot because of convenience but the last time I came, my iced coffee was so watered down I completely give up. I will be going starbucks in Perry Hall. No matter what day or time I go, their iced coffee is always good.

I don't recommend going here. Idk what's going on but the food quality want down hill. I order a bacon egg and cheese and got food poisoning, was sick for 3 days. I work at a car shop near by here as well and one of my customer stop there to get food. Her egg was green. They need to be shut

literally just got a sandwich at this location that tasted like straight CARDBOARD. it was absolutely horrible, my boyfriend agreed it smells and tastes like the inside of a box. idk how you can mess up a sandwich that only has 4 THINGS ON IT? waste of money. the blonde at the window most mornings is so dull and wont even give you a response 99% of the time

I've been returning to Parkville for the past 10 years to visit family a few times each year. Frankly the decay in the area and greater Baltimore in general is alarming. I've given up on McDonalds around here. They're all terrible - especially the ones that serve your mediocre food with a spice of "attitude". Alas I've found a diamond in the third world streets of Bleedamore. Friendly charming staff, well prepare food served in a clean and warm atmosphere. Maybe the best kept secret around.

Dunkin donuts it's in a not to convenient location getting in and out and back onto the main road is a task within itself. Plus it is very inconsistent at the East side dishes that are presented or the menu board. Very animated there are better locations with more friendlier employees also.
