If I could give zero stars I would. There was this employee idk if she was the manager or owner short white lady with glasses, but the employees seemed stressed out mixing orders up but that's even the bad part what she did was kept grabbing employees shirts and yelling at them to come... hmm they are workers not dogs, this lady was rude and I'm surprised the employees are Taking this abuse from here. She would of had 1 time to grab my shirt and or tell me to come and I would of cussed her out and quit. How dare you treat employees like thisLady you need to be fired and quickly. I will never go to this dunkin again because of this lady. Screaming and grabbing employees in front of a lobby full of customers. Come on lady DO BETTER or QUIT!!!!
