Went in to talk to someone about hosting a community meeting (about 30 people) had to say HELLO 3 times while the 3 people behind the counter looked at me, continued to laugh and talk with each other...went he finally decided to come to the counter he seemed bothered....on THAT NOTE. I WONT BOTHER......my group DEFINITELY DESERVES BETTER!

Just read a review and a customer had the same issue. Pleas beware and check your transactions and ask for a receipt I was charged 15.10 for the one donut I ordered and they claimed they didn’t charge my card, I’m going to call the police and contact the BBB this is the second time these scams artists have done this, I can only imagine how many other people they have gotten.

This place is mid. Rushing staff, even when the shop is empty. Most of the cashier's are rude. Lady literally rolled her eyes at me today. The Dunkin in Hamilton is better, that one is top tier.
