They never have toasted coconut or french cruller donuts. The donuts with filling are barely filled. I bought a 1/2 dozen of the old fashioned Dunkin donut (which no longer has the baked on handle for dunking. The place has an odd smell. It no longer looks, smells, or feels like a donut shop. The Customer Service Staff are mediocre. I will not go back.Parking: Strip-mall parking lot.

Lady working all by herself with a line and mobile orders. She did a great job of handling it all in a timely manner, and the line seemed to be patient and understanding while it moved along. Unusual at Christmas time. Lol Everyone is always in a hurry, including myself. But reading the room, people were very compassionate. Most importantly, coffee was on point! Great job!

Terrific coffee drinks, much better than the "S" place and much cheaper! Also cheaper than other Dunkins in the area. Staff here are very friendly. Often run out of donut flavors in the late afternoon. If only they still made the donuts in house instead of shipping them in, just not the same....

The store is at the end of a small strip of shops. They have no drive thru. The donut ? selection was limited like it is now sadly at most Dunkin’ Donuts locations. They were really busy filling orders for those who preordered for pick up, and making sandwiches which made for a long wait just as a walk in for a coffee with cream and a donut. They were friendly, but people actually in the store need to be addressed that are there in a manner so they are not waiting so long behind online orders.
