This particular dunkin' donut's, well I really have no negative criticism to say about it I'm not saying that I have nothing good but to say about it, but at the same time, it's service has not given me a reason to think negative about they're service so I'll end it on that note.

Donuts have almost always felt hard &/or tasted stale.(even in the early am when they're just opening!)Some of the employees have been just plain rude & unprofessional.People with online orders were complaining because they came in to pick it up & were waiting forever to pick it up.People walking in were being served before them.Both of the times I bought an ice cream come here, they were never packed inside the cone, just one scoop loosely placed on top of the cone.The second time I got a cone from here, the ice cream fell straight off the cone onto the ground when I licked it.I was so P'd off & I haven't went back to this one since.(& never will)
