I was taking a short phone call outside before entering the store and an overzealous security guard told me I was loitering and needed to go inside and leave. I said I would go in as soon as my call ended (I was confirming a doctor's appointment) and he said I could take my call on the sidewalk. I left without making a purchase, because I'm not going to spend money anyplace that treats people this way.

Taniya the server didn’t say hello or any kind of greeting! Left me standing at the register waiting with no acknowledgment! Finally came to the register and just stood there! Never asked what I wanted! So rude and unprofessional! And she was there alone so I know she is rude all the time! She was moving very slow! Took about 10-15 to get my drink! And then she had to cook the bacon and hash browns! After waiting so long I opted for a refund!

I feel compelled to share this review as a warning to others who might be considering subjecting themselves to the horrors I encountered at this particular Dunkins location.From the moment I stepped through the door, an overwhelming stench of rancid grease and stale food assaulted my senses. It was as if the entire place hadn't been cleaned in weeks, with a nauseating blend of old oil and unwashed surfaces permeating the air. The sight of grimy countertops and sticky floors only added to the revolting atmosphere.But the horrors didn't end there. As I approached the counter to place my order, I was greeted by a disinterested and apathetic employee who seemed more interested in their phone than attending to customers. The lack of basic hygiene practices was evident, with the employee handling cash, then proceeding to prepare food without washing their hands. It was a stomach-churning display of disregard for food safety and basic cleanliness.When my order finally arrived, I was greeted by a sorry excuse for food. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was a greasy, unappetizing mess, oozing with an unidentified slimy substance that certainly didn't belong on any edible item. The taste was equally repugnant, as if the ingredients were sourced from the depths of a dumpster.To make matters worse, the coffee I received was undrinkable. It was a lukewarm, bitter concoction that tasted more like burnt rubber than a beverage fit for human consumption. It was evident that quality control was nonexistent in this establishment, with no regard for the satisfaction of their customers.In conclusion, my visit to Dunkins was a disturbing and disgusting ordeal. The lack of cleanliness, apathetic staff, and downright repulsive food quality make it an experience I would not wish upon my worst enemy. I strongly advise anyone with a shred of self-preservation to steer clear of this particular Dunkins location. Your stomach and taste buds deserve better than this grotesque display of incompetence.

I loved the experience I had. I'm not sure if the nice lady was the owner or what but her smile was contagious and she was really sweet... Not to mention, I wasn't even a customer I was doing doordash! I will be back, I've never been to a dunkin that crushed customer service!

This location is like a cubby whole. No space for a line to form when ordering food. Do not remember hearing the female greet us when we walked up to the counter. When we received our order, one sandwich was placed in a bag while the other was just handed to us in a box. The bag was large enough for both sandwiches to be placed in it. Our meal was delicious.
