Totally loved this place.Service is really great… as soon as I step inside the store they’ll be ready with my coffee. Had a great experience. And the place is clean and neat.
Welcome to the desert sandwich location. I’ve tried this location about 4 times because it’s along my morning route. Each time the food seems to get worse and worse. I always order the same sandwich (egg & cheese on a croissant with white cheese). The croissant is extremely dry and overly toasted/crispy. The egg is slapped on sloppy and the cheese is weirdly melted (usually it looks like they added the cheese at the last minute or as a second thought). It’s definitely a choke sandwich every single time at this location. I’ve gotten iced and hot butter pecan coffee and both were good. I had the brown sugar cookie hot coffee and it tasted like water (wouldn’t recommend). Overall, I like the location for coffee but wouldn’t come back after many failed attempts at good food. I think the customer service here is just ok towards us adults but you can tell that they do not like servicing the teens that attend digital harbor. I will say that parking was readily available on the street in the morning but I would imagine it being full during the evening time,

So I'm definitely on the fence about this Dunkin location. Some days they get my order right and other times they totally miss the mark and I just have to shake my head and ask them to remake my order. On my last visit I ordered a large hot coffee, hash browns, bacon avocado toast, and a medium hot chai latte. The coffee and hash browns were made to order but the other 2 items weren't what I ordered or even expected. If it says toast in the name, you would expect the bread to be toasted. Yet my bacon avocado toast bread wasn't even toasted. Maybe warmed up but not toasted at all and there was hardly any bacon on it. Regarding my hot medium chai latte, they gave me a small although on the sticker on the cup and my receipt clearly said medium. After I had pointed it out, she redid the drink. What I got was a medium cup of what was in the small with some milk added to it. It tasted horrible. I would have brought it back, but I was doing laundry and not close by when I tasted my drink. My advice is to check your food and drink orders before you leave because you'll be disappointed if it isn't what you were expecting.

They buzzed me into the bathroom *before I even asked.* Like, they just saw me walking toward it and they were like, “we got you dude.” I had bought **nothing.** Just straight off the street. That’s America my friends.

Went in today at 5:41pm, and the woman was mopping the floor and stated they were closed. The door says closing time is 6pm, online says closing time is 7pm. Just go to Starbucks around the corner.
Ordered a chocolate frosted donut and a few other things. Forgot my donut (no big deal) waited to get it and the employee gave me a Boston cream (still not a big deal) asked to swap for a chocolate frosted which they apparently had on the same shelf labeled as chocolate frosted. At this point a different employee was switching them for me and developed an attitude and handed me a chocolate cake one because they had the labels all jacked up. After more attitude and me getting frustrated I was handed the correct donut. Got me on yelp leaving a review cause y'all suck at your jobs. Not tryna be disrespectful but it truly ain't that hard to take a second and listen. Everyone else was friendly but that girl needs a new job. I don't care if she was having a bad day just give me my damn donut.

First, food is not good. My croissant was burnt and bland, nearly inedible. Glad I didnt order coffee here.Second, a man bought his small dog in and let it piss all over the floor. He made no effort to clean up after his pet. This would be when staff grabs a mop, correct? Nope! Completely apathetic and just lets it sit there. Unbelievable. The staff seemed beyond not giving a s***. Blank expressions, acting like they cant hear or understand you. It was pretty strange.
