Cute little place, has an okay view of some area. Staff are super friendly. Food is okay, quite pricey. The crab cake does not seem as legit as other places.

We only had drinks, but the staff was pleasant and the atmosphere was nice.

Service was good, atmosphere was elegant, wine good. I had the rosemary chicken, mashed potatoes and asparagus. Definitely taste the rosemary, plated beautifully, a little bland for my taste.

Cool decor, reasonable food, nice staff. Pretty standard hotel restaurant, and not really a destination of any sort. They are open late so I would say definitely an above average later dinner option. The buffalo cauliflower was a bit salty but tasty. Hummus was normal. My partner had an above average burger. The drinks are strong.

Frozen food, microwaved, no crab in the crab soup, I’m sure the bar is fine…don’t eat here!

Great bartenders, nice atmosphere! The hours on Google are wrong. Was here at 6pm on Tuesday.

Everything delivered was a vague approximation of what was ordered, chicken was tougher than a hockey puck, appetizers arrived at same time as entrees. Missing elements on every dish. Finished eating before a 2 bite check back even occurred. Incredibly disappointing for the price point. Only went because we were staying in the hotel. Spend your money on delivery instead.

Food was ok but service abysmal.

Was supposed to open up at 5pm but the bartender was watching a football game. We stood there waiting to be acknowledged but instead he was slamming bottles around. The lights were off and a gate was up. We waited until 5:20 and he still didn't greet us or offer an explanation of what was going on. Pretty lousy for a 4 star hotel restaurant. We left.

The "gastropub" did not live up to its name on any level. The espresso machine was not working the 4 days we were there, so it was plain ol' bitter coffee. The sumptuous pastries advertised were plastic-wrapped donuts, sad-looking apple fritters, and slabs of flavorless banana bread, among other baked goods. They did sell an impressively large bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant, but the bacon was limp & undercooked. Explorers' seemed like the coffee shop you'd find in your dentist's office building. Disappointing!

All I can say is look for Zachary. He is on his "A" Game. He will get you your drink, he will create a drink to your liking. He will give you your space, or enjoy your company. He is VERY good and professional at his job. The place was slow early on the evening we stayed. He kept the bar open even though he could have gone home. A hour later a wedding party filled the place. I had asked a local about visiting a potentially less expensive bar in the area. Thank goodness, I did not follow through at plan. Very comfortable with a great view of the Harbor. There is no view at the local place.

Food was pretty good, not fantastic. Service was spotty... they neglected to bring a spoon with the soup or with the stew. But the servers were very friendly and it was a pleasant enough experience.

I came here for the Valentine's Day Dinner. The main course was delicious, but the appetizer was pretty average. I had the Avocado & Arugula Bruschetta as my first course and it was average; it had way too many onions, the bread was chewy, and there was little balsamic on it. For my second course, I had the Grilled Hanger Steak, which was delicious and would recommend. The dessert was great except for the dry chocolate cake.

This place was not what I expected. I decided to check it out from the news advertisement along with the Holly JollyTrolly ride. The food presentation was not the reality of what you will receive when you order at the restaurant. It was empty the bartender was nice and conversing with customers but food was not great and if you decide to go to this restaurant make sure you valet park or you will have to pay $16.00 for parking. The decision to go to this restaurant was most definitely a lost on my part.

We were staying at the Royal Sonesta for my nieces wedding. We were crunched for time, so we decided to stay at the hotel for breakfast. We opted for the regular menu because the breakfast buffet was quite pricey and didn't have a very good selection. The young man who was the bus boy was quite helpful and apologetic. The waitress was absolutely terrible. She took our order and we never saw her again until she brought the bill. We had to ask for everything 2 or 3 times. We had to request our coffee, juice, water again and again. The food took forever to come out, and when we asked, the busboy checked and everything was cold. The toast was hard as a rock because it had been sitting for so long. The restaurant wasn't even crowded, but there were dirty dishes sitting on all of the empty tables. I could not believe the poor food and service that this restaurant offered. There was no manager type person anywhere around. If I could give this restaurant a lower rating than 1, I would.
