Overrated place. Kofta tasted stale; paneer chilli was too spicy and very hard to chew.

I had the curry lamb bowl lunch special ,the garlic naan and the gulab jamun all of it was exceptional, lamb tender and delicious,I really enjoyed eating every single bit of this food, this is now my favorite Indian cuisine spot. Those gulab jamun I could eat a whole tray of those ,wow ,I’m definitely impressed by the flavors, everything was fantastic .

Its a good place overall but for the price, they can definitely improve. Its more americanised version of Indian food taste wise. We ordered samosa chaat wich was good but not as flavorful as i would have expected. We got mutton seekh kebab which was nice but very dry. It was falling apart. They served it with tandoori sauce which should have been mint chutney. The saag paneer was good but had no salt and very few spices. Paneer was quite soft actually. We also got veg momos but had to send it back because they tasted very bland and not good. They were shocked when we sent it back but they obliged. The highlight was the naan which was very soft.Vegetarian options: Very good vegetarian optionsParking: Parking garagr right next to the restaurant

Tried it out based off current reviews. Definitely warranted. Kale chaat and momos are must haves. Our server's (Sam) enthusiasm was contagious. Will def come back!

By no stretch of imagination can this be considered even slightly decent Indian food. Ambience and service might be okay but the food merits a 1 out of 5.

In our experience, Harbor Tandoor lives up its extremely high rating in all aspects. They offer an elegant yet casual atmosphere - if you make a reservation, they even put a sign on the table with your name and party size and make you feel like a VIP immediately upon entering. We ordered the samosa chaat, paneer chilli, and chicken tikka masala with a side of garlic naan. All were excellent, and the chicken tikka masala was even the best we've ever had (and we've tried a lot of places over the years). Too bad we didn't have room for the momos or kulfi on this visit, but we're planning on trying them next time. The food quality and flavors were excellent and the portion sizes were very good for the price point, especially combined with the great atmosphere and service. They had plenty of staff for the number of customers so we felt very well taken care of, and everyone was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back - even though we don't live in the Baltimore area, we will find a reason to come back to Harbor East and visit Harbor Tandoor.Parking: It's literally right next door to the Baltimore City-owned Caroline Street Garage, which offers $5 flat rate parking on weekends.

The server just degraded me by the way he looked at me, I was by myself and the kind of face he made was not acceptable. It sends they only cater to non Indians. I smelled racism. Never visiting here nor recommending to my friends n

My dining experience at this restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. The food was not only delicious but also incredibly fresh and authentically prepared. Satish Maedi, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable meal. He expertly guided us through the menu, helping us choose dishes that perfectly suited our tastes. Satish's friendliness and attentiveness throughout our meal truly enhanced the overall experience. As first-time visitors to Baltimore, we were initially hesitant about where to dine, particularly when it came to Indian cuisine. However, thanks to Satish's recommendations and impeccable service, our afternoon exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Satish.

Excellent service by our host Sam, and the rest of the team. We ordered chicken curry, mango lassi, and mango kulfi (ice cream). Everything was spectacular, and very well priced. When walking out, we forgot our leftover boxes, and the manager quickly walked out, got our attention, and gave them to us. Great job Harbor Tandoor!!!

We had the kale chaat (nice alternative to the regular palak chaat; wonderfully executed!), veg steamed momos (the weather at the time called for it; the momos had a nice, crunchy veg filling and a thin dough cover: very satisfying!), and the dal makhani (usually a sure shot; this dish did not disappoint!). Overall, a lovely meal. The staff are the best part of the restaurant; they were attentive and efficient, despite the place being packed when we arrived. I’d visit again.
