Ida B's is a special spot right in the heart of Baltimore. I have been there for a family brunch and most recently went for a girlfriend's surprise birthday party and they did not disappoint us!! Angel the host was wonderful and Michelle our waitress was kind and thoughtful with every detail. Let's not forget how good the food is and the historic ambiance of the restaurant! I would definitely go back and hope it's around for years to come.

I was looking for a place to throw a surprise party for my wife. Several establishments were in the running with Ida B’s coming out on top. Why? Responsiveness. They didn’t try to oversell me. They wanted to help me accomplish my goal and provide an exceptional experience for my wife. Mr. Purcell and his team went above and beyond. The food was amazing. Born and raised in New Orleans, we can be quite unforgiving when it comes to food in other areas. All around, we were impressed beyond measure and I wouldn’t give a second thought to hosting a team meeting, another birthday party, etc. If you’re looking for personalized service, attention to detail, and a business that cares about you, look no further than Ida B’s. I cannot wait for them to reopen for in-room dining. They will definitely be on my wife and I date day visits. Be sure to give them a shot for your next event.

I'm obsessed with their shrimp n grits! The best ever, the greens is just a genius touch. The flavors that are going on, I just have no words! If you have room in your belly after this you must try the bread pudding. I love that it's in muffin form, great idea! I never leave reviews but I had to compliment this delicious dish❤

IDAAAAAA B!!!! 25/10 for sure! I had their old bay fried chicken, collard geeens and Mac and cheese. HONEY!!!! So good! I'm sad they're closed right now but as soon as they open up I will be returning.

Even through delivery, Ida B's Table delivers quality food and flavor. I love food that just reminds me of home, and Ida B's did that with their catfish and smoked fried chicken. Everything was perfectly packaged, and still stayed warm throughout the delivery process. I could always, selfishly, need more catfish in my box; but regardless, the food was easily five stars. Pro Tip: You have to take advantage of the comeback sauce if you order the catfish. It tastes divine!

We ordered the crab cake and fried chicken. I wasn't too crazy about the texture of the mac and cheese and my boyfriend didn't like the greens (I disagree) but overall, the food and service was good. I also enjoyed the music playing. The bread pudding was absolutely delicious for dessert.

THE FOOD IS BOMB! We tried the salmon and grits, greens, hot rub wings and Mac and cheese, and we were completely satisfied with every bite. The drinks are good too. We tried the half and half and the strawberry mint. The mint wasn't muddled so it pretty much tasted like strawberry juice but I still loved it. The only thing I didn't like that much was the sweet potato pie. The filling was good but I like my pie crust to be crispier. I didn't want to give 4 stars instead of 5 just because of the pie though.
