My favorite place to grab boba! I recommend trying the boba pearls - they're always fresh and soft, with the perfect amount of chewiness. It's also a great spot to relax and enjoy your drink or a meal with a loved one!

I only had an appetizer and some coffee, and both were top-notch. I came an hour before closing and stayed until it was closing time, and not once did the waitress or bartender make me feel rushed.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp in the front.

Food was very subpar, ordered the veggie pho and they cooked it in water opposed to broth. Boba was also very old and hard. Maybe it's because we went between lunch and dinner hours but the food was not great at all compared with all the good things we've heard.

Worst Bánh xèo I’ve tried. The pork inside was pure tendon, not meat. Too many onions and my order came completely cold. I also got Pho and it was so salty.

Got carry out, it was quick and the food was fresh. Their appetizers are amazing, especially the egg rolls. Not a huge fan of the meat (chicken) but that's just personal preference. I would recommend getting a curry based noodle.

Excellent food. We had the Pho and the Vermicelli with chicken + chilli + lemongrass. Everything excellently seasoned. Chicken perfectly grilled and tender. Garden rolls were a bit expensive but huge and tasteful. Will definitely come back again

100% this pho cured my hangover. Came out piping hot, and it was still steaming after 10 minutes of eating. Because of this, the noodles were pretty overcooked. I'd probably order the noodles on the side because of this. Otherwise the steak & brisket pho and crispy eggrolls were great! I'm pretty picky on brisket, and it was lean, tender and not so fatty. As far as the service, knocked down a star because as soon as I came in, I was greeted by young staff sitting down with their laptops with headphones on. First impressions are everything, and it was just odd to me. Maybe I was just cranky and hangry at the time, but I feel like staff should sit to the side and do non-work related stuff out of sight from paying customers. Just my opinion. Interior is nice though. Will come again for pho next time I'm hungover.

Tea was light on the boba and not very cold, but food was excellent. Got some apps while we waited and took drinks to go. Spring rolls were particularly good and other dinner meals we’ve gotten to go have been outstanding. Service was meh, but did do a good job remembering everything we ordered from memory.

First time visiting this restaurant. I ate banh xeo, and my friend ate bun bo Hue. Banh xeo are crispy, but the filling is grilled meat. This is the weirdest combination I've ever seen. In Vietnam, no one leaves grilled meat as the filling of banh xeo. The fish sauce for pancakes is very salty. As for bun bo Hue, the broth is also salty. The waiter was also not very interested in us. They didn't ask if we enjoyed our meal. In general, this is not a good experience.

Popped in on a Saturday night around 7 for some takeout. Unfortunately for them, no one was in the restaurant- a shame cause its spacious and looked spotless and welcoming. Got a pork banh mi and some beef pho- both on point, fresh and tasty. Service for takeout was quick and friendly. I'll definitely stop back in here again!

Had the sandwich(spicy and eggs)and char kuey teow. Spicy was suppose to be a suave that properly spicy. Sandwich was sweet and they had out some jalapeños on the side of the sandwich. Barely spicy at all. And the noodles were not char kuey teow.Disappointed.
