this is for the BWI location-zero stars. The employee keeps changing the "we will be back" time and has been away for two hours already. I really wanted some yogurt bowl!

Friendly, helpful and make a mean smoothie. This is a nice addition to the airport. I do believe they have been here for at least a couple of years but it's nice to feed my sweet tooth with with some healthy options! Cheers.

Had a long layover - walked by here multiple times over 2 hours. There was always a line and there was never more than one employee. Shame on the owners for leaving them under staffed.

Particularly slow service for an airport location. Employees chatting with visiting friends from other establishments while customers wait. I understand that employees need breaks, but eating while servicing customers not only violates food safety standards but it also makes patrons feel uncomfortable. I stood wondering for 15 minutes if someone was ever going to make my beverage. The place looked messy (dirty boards on display, blenders with left overs from previous orders).

The smoothie itself was delicious, but the wait was insane. I guess they were short staffed with only 2 people working, but we had to wait a good 10 minutes just to order. But after we ordered, we did get our drinks fairly quickly.

i don’t understand how it’s hard to put a customer service face on. this place was out of everything and was completely rude when making substitutions. served people after us first and over charged a smoothie (it wasn’t the tax)

Obviously after seeing all the negative reviews and the empty replies from ownership everyone should expect terrible service from rude and slow staff that have zero interest in working here. Literally stood at the order counter and was looked at 4 or 5 times while the two girls just stood in the back lazily wiping off a counter. Don't expect good things here and don't expect the owner to ever do anything about it.

Waited for 20 minutes in line-2 workers there not taking anyone’s order-terrible customer service-you should hire people that actually work-wow

After waiting for help at the counter and making eye contact with an employee hiding in the back, one of the female employees comes out and says....sorry, we are on our 30 min break. All 3 employees??? At the same time??? Terrible customer service.

Terribly disappointed. Was told around 1:20pm. They would be opening at 2:00. At 2:18 I asked the two workers who had been behind the counter the whole time if they were opening soon and the two men told me they were waiting on the “afternoon shift” workers to swap out, while they continued to stand behind the the wall allowing customers to line up. At 2:31 as I write this they are still not open and not facing the customers still waiting.

The most ghettos place of ALL! So after 20 minutes I went back to see if the 30 minute lunch break was up. It wasn't. While two other people were they just sitting around. Not cleaning no prepping making customers wait. Even had a flight attendant waiting for service. What a freaking Welcome to Baltimore!!!

I’ve been to this location several times, and have bit my tongue for nearly all of my visits. I finally got to my wit’s end with this one employee today and needed to leave a review. I travel for work, and this is probably my least favorite location in the country. Most of the staff who work here are rude, slow-working, on their phones, or have their ear buds in. Always a long wait, always short staffed, no matter what time I fly in. They also typically will “close” early, at least 30-45 minutes or more than what Google and their website state.

I stood in line alone for almost 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement that I was waiting. Someone's clothes were laying on the counter by the register. One of the two employees was on a personal video call while making smoothies for his friends hovering over the prep area. I eventually gave up.
