Not that great. Mediocre at best. In my opinion you can get better chicken at Popeyes, down the street on Merritt Blvd, or most of the Rofos (royal farms) around here. Most of the employees are either young or lazy. It's unfortunate, cause the fast food places could be great places around here if they were like most in Japan or some other nice places overseas! Where they pay decent wages and the food is actually good for u and its a luxury to go out to these restaurants. I worked for several FF places around Dundalk over the years when I needed extra money or just needed a quick job. The kids that work at these places are disrespectful to the managers and don't wanna really work for their pay. I mean coming from a father of 2 n someone who has a teen that may work at one of these, they need to pay better. If they paid better they'd probably get better employees. However, u get what u pay for. I can't even eat at these places anymore they destroyed my stomach. My kids love them even tho I try to show them that ff is unhealthy and not a place to work if u wanna make something of yourself. The food here is bad, the service is as good as it's gonna get n the atmosphere is dirty. It must be this area cause the McDonald's and some of the other places on this street are just as bad. If u only get to treat yourself now and then like we do cause it's just too expensive nowadays to eat out, go somewhere else cause u WILL b disappointed n most likely not have all ur order or its just wrong and when u go and tell the managers they give off attitude!!

Second time I ordered from this store and the order was wrong!instead of my 3 sides (mash, slaw and Mac ), they gave 3 sides of gravy. “Only thing they can do is give me the sides if I go back”. I asked about a credit on my mobile account, for JUST the sides I didn’t receive….”no we can’t do that”

I placed a order on line for pick up. It gave me a pick up time of 5:45. I didn't actually receive my food until after 6:30. I was standing in the lobby for almost a hour. When I finally received the food it was incorrect and when I asked for the correct food the girl who I spoke to was rude and had a attitude.

The food just did not have the flavor of KFC chicken! Maybe it was old. My wife ordered nuggets and received tenders that also tasted like they were old. Later, when they had nuggets, they gave her her order, and they were hot and fresh. She let them know about a malfunctioning soda machine and they fixed it promptly.

Absolutely horrible. They had no idea what was going on couldve left without paying. 4 different people took my order and each one of them didnt know what was going on. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
I would not recommend using this location. Placed an on line order thru their app, rec'd confirmation and pre-paid for the order. When I arrived, they could not find or have the order ready. I provided them with an order number. 6 employees just standing around. Only 1 other person in the store. Finally after 35 minutes, they finally got it together $50 spent and not even an apology from anyone. Many other choices available in the Dundalk area. I suggest you patronize them instead of this place.
