I wish I could give the service negative stars. They have the nastiest attitudes here. I came 4/5 at 3pm there was a light skinned lady who was bagging up food cursing and getting smart. I am in the drive thru there is no reason she should be talking to me in the first place. Telling customers they need to hurry up and the person at the drive thru counter did not make it any better. Worst experience ever. They also drinking alcohol

Chicken pot pies are my favorite meal from KFC, I was disappointed to see a very small ration of chicken and vegetables with the dumpling like sauce under the crust. The new meal at KFC with chicken cheese and pepperoni was awful it was just a chicken thigh with cheese, pepperoni and sauce slapped on top of the chicken thigh, false advertisement it looks nothing like the posted picture on the menu board not worth 6 to 10 dollars.

Manager lazy don’t enforce rules workers unsanitary don’t wash hands touch cell phones trash cans scratching heads then go to packing folks food I should’ve took pictures I’m upset with myself I considered ordering from this location I’d rather shop at the Westside shopping ctr location at least the food is hot fresh and better prices managers always on point kind and courteous runs the shift how it should be ran from what I see been a customer there for years now too many kids childish workers here at this location smh I’m glad Taco Bell separated from this place

Appears to be understaffed here. Order taker was helpful and very knowledgeable of the menu. Food took quite a while, although we were the only ones inside. Could tell the chicken had been sitting in the window too.long (dry in a lot of spots for original recipe). Mashed potatoes were left out of my combo & biscuits weren't cooked through.

This place is horrible. Multiple times they have given me the wrong food or it has missing items. It keeps happening over and over again. They either need to close down or re staff this place immediately
This store is going under by being understaffed and unorganized, I did my order online and when I arrived they still had not prepared my order, so I had to wait 15 minutes with 3 customers ahead of me. That definitely was not my idea of Quick Pickup. I understand being understaffed part though.
