We had the pleasure of receiving service from Roni yesterday evening. She was easily one of the most pleasant servers we could have asked for. Engaging, offered up recommendations for both drinks and food, and made sure she was attentive.

I went there right after a game, so I am really confident that that would change availability and prob would wear employees out. Food was not bad, it was ok, but not 5 stars because the time and it was just 4 of us left in the restaurant. Some server were killing it, some others were not so involved and I get it. Late night? It’s a big place and looks really good, but is missing administration maybe? I will comeback and change this review. For now 4 stars cause overall is ok, just need some more work.

I went in today and sat down at the bar for some food and drink.I waited 20 minutes and no one took my order. I got up and walked out. The restaurant wasnt even that busy. I was very disappointed.

The General manager, Delvin, is a crack up, ask him for a joke. The service was nice and friendly. When we were served our appetizer plates, one came dirty, he took it and showed the staff politely to keep an eye out and prevent this from happening in the future. he handled it very professionally. The appetizers and food was wonderful. India was a wonderful server as well.

Customer service was subpar. They didn’t even try. Booth as dirty, cups were dirty. That the last time I’ll go. Save your money.

Gave it two tries - Saturday we were told a 30-45 minute wait and to be seated by midnight. No biggie, I’m ok with a wait. It hit midnight and when I inquired about how much longer (working a convention my group was starving) where I was told there were about 10 people ahead of us still and placing a to go order would take an additional 45 minutes or so, so we left.Sunday , made a reservation. Sat immediately, but our server took 20 minutes to come over. It wasn’t too busy until after we ordered our food drinks and apps all together to not be a pain to the waitress.45 minutes for the water we ordered, an hour and a half for food, and then to be left alone for over a half hour (I promise I’m not exaggerating. 9:15 reservation, I got my water at 10pm. Food around 10:30 maybe later, tried to catch our waitress and I’m writing this at 11pm waiting for her to come check up and take dessert orders). Watching her socialize with other tables and neglect ours is crazy on top of it all. Our server was sweet, but was definitely spread way too thin and couldn’t balance all of her tables at once.The food was just alright. Pot stickers aren’t worth the $20, they tasted frozen. $25 sushi roll where I’ve had better at a takeout Chinese restaurant. Overall not worth the money, a dinner will turn into a 3 hour stop easy enough.

I first visited this place on my 29th Birthday and really liked the place. The whole aquatic theme was very pleasing to the eye with the giant fish tank and live fish swimming in them located near the front entrance. They even had a photo machine to take your picture in which my husband and I did. Keep in mind that was April 7th 2023, let’s fast forward to TODAY.Originally this restaurant we were not going to go to, but because of improper time management on my husband & I behalf, he remembered this restaurant and voiced to come here as an option for my 30th birthday & I will say that was an absolute poor choice. Upon entering the host demeanor screamed he did not like his job and that reflected his greeting/attitude towards my husband and I. I spoke saying hello and he did not respond, only looking up at us then back down at his tablet, a few seconds later he looked at us and only said “Just two?” to which we replied “Yes”. He said to follow him and we did in which he led us to a half clean table, the booth had food on the seats still and the host left so fast we couldn’t let him know we’d like to seat elsewhere or atleast have our seats cleaned. We moved thanks to the waiter that came over 4 mins after, only for the 2nd issue to be that something was floating in my water after he brought it to us and once my husband investigated his there was something in his as well. I told the waiter and he got us another with no issue yet the 2nd glasses of water now too have something white floating in it. I’m not sure if service is usually like that on a Sunday bc it didn’t appear to be many servers tonight & I know that’s not their fault, they do what they can but what turns us away from the place all together is the true lack of cleanliness and the attitude of the hostess. If I am going to pay $22 for an appetizer, $45 for my entree that charges separately for sides (& the price for those I am unsure of) I’d expect a cleaner establishment and a proper greeting atleast upon entering. We didn’t order this time, we left after we noticed there was something floating in the 2nd water the waiter brought us.The food is good, don’t get me wrong. Yet, if I am going to spend $100+ on a good meal I need the establishment to match what they are charging.
