I hate to complain, but I called multiple times because there was no answer. I know I cannot let my business or job phone ring-like that. I finally got an answer to order ahead of time so it can be an in and out transaction. Once I arrived there, I believe since I called ahead (15-20 minutes), it would be done; it was not. It was three people there and only me in the store. Then the oxtails quantity was lite and tasted like it was cooked in bbq sauce. I was not expecting that flavor from a Caribbean spot

First off myFood was over cooked , they act like they had an attitude cause I brought it back, I wanted a refund for my food they do not do refunds so if you thinking about bringing your food back after you already walked out than I don’t know what to tell you…… The food is horrible if you want great Jamaican food falling off bone go to hey daddy’s Belair rd….. The food was bland and hardly have taste….i do not recommend this place than they act like they have attitude….. Never will I ever come back here

The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been too! The lady handed me the bag with some sauce spilled out and proceeded to yell at me because i didn’t know there was a second bag to the order. She then said “look what you did now to the bag and the sauce coming out what is wrong with you.” I told her she handed it to me like that, and i should have said something and she then continued to tell me i was wrong and she wouldn’t do that. So nasty and rude don’t waste your time or money!!!!!!!!!

I like the oxtails and jerk chicken, some days are better than others but when they're on they're ON. Today was delicious, thank you. Big portions and we asked for extra sauce, nothing was dry. Will return.

Yesterday I had my aunt order food from this place off of Door Dash. I ordered 2 Oxtails and Curry Goat Combo. Their driver was the door dasher and he left our food outside on the ground when I arrived to the door. On top of that only one order was in the bag. I was so disappointed because my aunt recommended this place to me just to get a bad experience. I hope that if I give them a second chance that things will be better.

Our first issue is, what's wrong with Jamaican women who work in establishments like this. They all, yup every single one I've encountered to date have disgusting attitudes towards everyone ( men & women).The jerk platter was plentiful, as you can see, but the jerk season wasn't too good. It was sweet. Why?As for my curry shrimp kiddie meal..... WTH! It barely had vegetables. If you're giving little shrimp at least pack it red peppers & carrots. I was served a half order of macaroni & cheese. At least I did get a full portion of greens.Please note that they claim that the greens are spicy. They aren't spicy at all.Taste:Macaroni and cheese - okGreens - goodJerk - not so goodShrimp - ok

Baltimore is lacking with its Jamaican food offerings. And this place sucks as most other places around here. I could only taste turmeric in the curry goat and the oxtails were too fatty and greasy.

I had this delivery and I wanted to say the food is good. The portions are very good. I had oxtails with the gravy and unfortunately, on a bad note, I have to write this ..the oxtails were full of fat and I was upset because the food was good I just wish there was more meat than gristle and fat. My husband ordered the stew chicken which was really good. I can’t give a review on the atmosphere because like I said it was delivered to me but again the food is good. I would like another opportunity to order and know that they got better quality of meat because the food was really delicious.

They say it comes with two sides but you have to pay extra for the sides other than rice. They only sell large sizes but the portions are medium. Curry chicken with 2 sides, jerk chicken and two sides all came up to 48.28, what a rip off.

Y'all I repeat do not order from here. I never do anything that will negatively impact a restaurant. But you guys is not honest I order oxtail and you guys disguised. You really used neckbones like really. That trick is old and you guys suck. Judy's Island Grill is great if anyone needs real Jamaican food .
