Very disappointed. We live in the neighborhood and have been to this location a few times. They have declined in service and quality of food. The big reason for the review today is, for the fifth time we went through the drive thru and received no straws with our drinks. Not happy after getting home and realized we didn’t get straws.

I went back to McDonald’s today for the first time due to other issues I’ve had here. I ordered two sandwiches and two hashbrowns for breakfast no drink. It was $16 plus. I asked the guy at the window if that was correct he said yes it’s expensive. I said yes I will not be returning to McDonald’s again. Food is way overpriced.

I purchased several pies today, and two of them had the expiration stickers torn off. This seems like a safety issue to me, considering that food should only be sitting in warmers for so long. I tried to call the location to ask for a refund, but they aren’t answering the phone.

My boyfriend went to this McDonald’s to get breakfast. He happened to order a sausage burrito and when he was driving home he opened it and discovered it was half eaten. He then went back to this McDonald’s to talk to someone and ask for another burrito that hadn’t been eaten. To which the lady replied, “we serve half burritos”. This burrito was not a half, it had been eaten by someone and wrapped up and served to my boyfriend. Unprofessional and in all honesty disgusting.

Rude wait staff. They rushed my order off drive thru and when I paid and received it- it was wrong. This is what happens when you rush. They weren't pleased to know they messed up either. I just took my food and left. No point arguing over a cheeseburger.

The price keeps going up on the steak egg and cheese bagel,it's now $8+ dollars for just the sandwich,so I can't afford this,I can fill my car up when half full for $8+ dollars. Nope!

Friendly staff and fairly safe location. They have a pick up window inside. Plenty of parking and my cashier even remembered the sauce that I enjoy. Parking can get confusing to get around since there’s parking with labeled numbers on it. Use the app to redeem
Kiddos like the food, sometimes the people are confused or not engaged. You do not feel safe in the parking lot due to the lack of adult supervision and no consequences for crime.
