I don’t understand what it is with some restaurants that don’t have a process for mobile orders. They will have no cashier and no one to call out the mobile order. The only reason that I’m even writing this review is because when the mobile order is ready, just call it out one time or maybe even as you see people enter the restaurant, this way you wouldn’t have to ask the employee is a certain order ready and then get pissed just because you asked a question like that they’re always upset when you ask but they just throw the orders on the shelf and never called them out and the shelf is not accessible and you can’t see what’s on the receipt From the other side of the counter

Manager “ Maria” not sure if I spelled it right but she a Hispanic lady that wear make up all over her face look she can be 40 and over ! She was very unprofessional I mean very unprofessional professional that women was a complete liar and etc. as much I loved this McDonald’s I can not see my self going back there because of her!!

Crew members standing at HLZ doing nothing, waited five minutes before crew member came to counter dressed like he was on the corner hoodie up over his head, no name tag. Told me I had to use the kiosk, but, no policy as to this is posted, asked crew member his name several times he. Would not give.Manager refused me service since I would not order at kiosk. Manager also refused to give me her name. I stated I would contact corporate about the incident, manager stated she didn't care whom I contacted.
