Some places specialize in sandwiches. Some places do cupcakes. Mekong Delta does pho.Still the best pho I’ve had in the USA (west coast, mid west, south, east coast) I lived in Vietnam for 3 years too…and I’d often find myself missing this broth. They use a family recipe that is loaded with herbs and aromatics that feels like a tea, stew, and home cooked meal all in one.
Literally some of the best food I’ve had in a while. We stopped in as we were visiting. Nice vegetarian selection and very sweet owner. Wish I lived closer!!! We had to come two nights because it was so
