This is my second time placing an order for a sub from them and receiving it and it was ice cold! The fries were old cold and rubbery. They put raw onions on my sub after I specified fried onions because they did the same thing the last time. I called to let them know and they said let them talk to the manager and they would call me back. I will NEVER and I do mean NEVER order from them Again! Worst food ever! It's like they made it as a prank or something! Needless to say they never reached out to correct the order!

Zero stars!!WORST.....CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!Save your time and money. I went there out of necessity because it was late and I wanted something quick. I read the menu and ordered some food. I was rung up by the cashier and didn't think anything of it. While waiting for my food I reread the receipt and grabbed the menu again. I realized that I was overcharged. I asked why was I overcharged for my food. I was told the menu was wrong and I could check their website. I explained to them that would need to have been corrected before someone placed an order not after. I asked could they correct the problem by giving me the difference from what the menu said versus what I ordered or at least give me what they charged me for. I was told no they couldn't do anything about it. I asked for the manager and when she came out she already had an attitude and spoke to me harshly saying everyone knows the menu prices are wrong. I explained to her that I am not everyone and I had never been there before so there was no way that I would know any of that. I asked for the owners information and called. At the time of typing this the owner has not called me back. Don't waste your time or hard earned money because on top of all of that the food was nasty.P.SI did go to their website when I returned home and the website prices are either the same as the menu or in some cases less sooo I'm not sure why they would send me there only to prove my point further I guess.
