Coffee is somewhat challenging to mess up for me. I'm simple, just regular coffee with cream and sugar, and I got what I requested with no issues.

- street parking is available the block before and appeared to have a lot! - cafe itself has seating (though not a ton) BUT they do have a few whiteboards w/ markers so this would be great for students! - coffee cake muffin 4.5/5, I heated this up at home it was delicious (but crumbly so open this away from pets) - hot matcha w/ whole milk 2.5/5, VERY strong matcha but it tasted a little like over steeped green tea? It did taste better after I let it cool down over an hour so not really sure why it was so bitter initially - iced matcha w/ whole milk 3/5, strong matcha and the ice dilutes it a bit so I enjoyed this more

Cool place to grab a coffee and breakfast. The chi tea was good, I'm not sure if it was because I went on a Sunday afternoon and the seating area was Empty prior to my arrival but the lights seem to be motion sensor. While I was enjoying my tea the lights shut off about 2-3 times which was a bit odd.

Cute coffee shop near my house. I always go here when I am in the mood to walk and get coffee. It was my go to coffee shop during Covid when I didn't have any coffee in my house. This is also my go to place in December where I write my Christmas cards. Their coffee is always good and not too strong. I like the Belgian waffle that my friend recommended. The people behind the counter have always been nice.

They wouldn't accept money for payment.I had exact change for a local artists piece they were selling. They said they couldn't accept bills and then just looked at me.I understand if you don't want to count 100 pennies but you can't accept exact change?

Ambience is OK, you know concrete floor, garage doors hipsters working behind the counter. Can you say good morning? Can you say you're welcome can you say thank you. No I guess not decent but not worth this attitude.

I was disappointed because I had read this was a great place but the latte was mediocre coffee; the bagel was mediocre and they couldn't be bothered to put cream cheese on it - came with a plastic knife and plastic container of cream cheese (environmentally horrible). There was not a lot of seating and no ambience. To top it off they were playing outrageously loud music so that it was pretty much unbearable to sit inside.

A great go-to coffee shop where you can drink, snack and work the day away. If you are someone like me who needs a bit of noise in the background and does better working alone but still has movement of others surrounding them--this is the perfect coffee shop for you. Noises from people typing, taking work calls, ordering coffee and the espresso machine all going at once is perfection. Their menu is legit, and their creativeness shows--we have had some of their seasonal drinks and all have been amazing. The bathrooms are clean, staff is kind, and the other patrons aren't obnoxious. Great vibe.
Great seasonal coffees and friendly staff. Cool vibes and good music. Great place to relax or get a little off site work in.

First time here, friendly staff knowledgeable about their items and will recommend good stuff. Atmosphere is calm and cozy. Coffee cake was delicious. Definitely a great local spot!!!! Food is made fresh. Good to see a mix crowd in city coffee shop!!!

I'm gonna start by saying I don't drink coffee. HOWEVER....this may be one of the very few coffee shops that actually serves GOOD tea. If my friends want to go "sit and grab some coffee", this may be my only choice.
