I just want to give a shoutout to the Canton Location in Baltimore. I am a regular at this location and recently it’s been a change in management. The customer experience in the pass 30 days has greatly improved. The associates are more attentive, and the atmosphere is more professional. I would like to thank the current staff and Papa John’s corporation for making the necessary changes.

We order 2 pizzas both made improper...called the store they said ok we will fix it I drive 15 mins back to the restaurant. Now I'll admit I didn't check the pizza before I left because hell I expected it to be made RIGHT! Get home pizza still wrong. So now I'll BACK AT STORE at 816pm waiting for the GENERAL MANAGER to debate over a refund...save yourself time and money its a reason they have 2.5 stars

Wish I could give it ZERO STARS $51.00 worth of food BURNED rock hard disgusting had to stop at target for something figured I would grab pizza from there. If I didn’t live 30 minutes away, I would certainly bring it back and it wasn’t already 8pm on a Thursday and my children have school tomorrow way to go papa ya ruined dinner!

The new manager recognized me after one visit. Food was consistant both times I went when she was there. She is so hard working and pleasant and I know this store will turn around with her at the helm. Give this location a try.

This papa John is TERRIBLE . They have a delivery driver female named PAIGE ALEXANDER who is passing HSV2 & 1 on the food. She doesn’t wash her hands and when my boyfriend called papa John’s manager and told her she seems to don’t care about workers coughing over the food with herpes !! It’s nasty . DO NOT EAT

They go through a call center for orders and utilize door dash drivers to deliver. No communication between any of them. Orders get lost and no one can seem to find any record of it OR they just continually tell you it's been delivered even though it has not been. Absolutely AWFUL. Just go and pick it up because ordering for delivery is not worth the pain.
On Thursday night, 9/28, just before closing, I had to come pick up two DoorDash orders. One was ready and the other had been picked up one of the employees said. After contacting that customer we learned it had not in fact been delivered. The employees here on this night were very helpful and worked with me to make sure the customer got his order. They remade the order even though it was around closing time. The employees working on that night were seriously amazing!

Papa John's Pizza can do better than want they say. They can deliver out of their zone if they want too, but they don't want to. That's why I give them a two rating for poor service and judgement on their part. I will give there food an excellent rating.

This location uses Door Dash drivers instead of their own delivery employees, creating delays that can spoil food. I placed an order and received a notification that it was running late by 10 mins. When it was an hour late, I called the store. The employee I spoke with told me the food was ready 20 minutes earlier and had been sitting, waiting for the door dash driver. I used the papa john’s website to order and selected I’d be paying in cash. Door dash drivers tend not to take jobs that are paying in cash because a tip amount can’t be recorded. I canceled the order because I felt it was no longer fresh. I recommend calling ahead to see if they’re using a third delivery party or not. But I don’t recommend.
