This store was DIRTY A LOT OF MICE RUNNING AROUND... Management has no customer service skills worst 1 to go to just call THE PIKESVILLE LOCATION WAY CLEANER BETTER SERVICES AT THE 1 OUT PIKESVILLE ! I will call the health department to get them shut down....

MAN !!! Go to another Papa John's!!! They can't follow online or in person orders! I asked for a the pizza to be cooked well done... WRONG!!! Pizza was pale when I picked it up. Told them to put it back in the oven ( oven must've been on like warm) . Got the pizza back again and it look like it was warmed up ! I just took the pizza home and heated up in my oven!!!!! I even tried to heated up in my oven just to find out that the pizza was never cooked properly from the beginning!!! It was just hot raw dough with sauce and cheese!!! They ( Papa Johns employees)were too busy having family reunions on FaceTime!!! Skip this spot and go to Mod Pizza or another Papa John's who can cook it RIGHT!!!!!!!

I order a epic stuff crust pizza on jan 7. I added mushrooms and a 2litterSierra mist. It came to 26.10. The pizza was cold also i didn’t receive my drink. I called back several times to ask when will the driver redeliver the drink it took almost 2 hours for him to return. The manager said i had a store credit. I called back to redeem the credit an the manager on site made me feel like i was trying to get over on him. They have poor customer service an the food is not of good quality either. I will not be ordering from papa john’s no where in America because of the this situation I experienced. Ill chalk up the little 26$. Its a small price to pay to find out they are poor at customer relations an food quality.

I'm only rating simply because I've been home sick since Wednesday and this location is right across the street from me. Feeling better I decided to get something quick and cheap to eat. Ordered a small pepperoni & sausage with extra of both. Welllllllll! I wished I would've taken a picture of this pizza because if what I got was extra I seriously wouldn't want regular, I would've been eating bread, sauce and cheese!!! Why tell people you want extra when they are obviously counting the extra pieces they put on your pizza. If it's the money you want when asking for extra, just say so!!! This is ridiculous to no end ??????Terribly Disappointed!

I go here often as it's my favorite place I always order the exact same thing bread sticks with 3 sauces. Everytime I get delivery I never get my sauces . I already don't like to do it cause its 25$ for a 10 inch bread stick when said and done .n honestly.. It's bad enough I'm paying a dollar for less an oz. Of pizza sauce each cup but I do it because I need it . Usually I call back n say no biggie Ill get it next time but this day I called back wanted my problem fixed women on the phone said they would call driver and fix problem right away . I was more then pleased with response. . But an hour later no sauce no call no nothing. Now my food is not only sauce less but cold .I don't appreciate it.n well papa John's I've done it! ...u manage to get my first negative review . Congrats!

The sales are so so but the food is consistently good. It's definitely convenient late night after a lot of places close. The delivery fee is a bit outrageous.
They did an excellent job with a large order ! Right on time, it was hot, and order was perfect.

Today was the last day I will ever give my money to this store. That Trinidadian lady that is answering the phone and doing customer service is extremely rude.I accidentally put an order through on the app and didn't use a card. I dont have cash at home so I decided to call the store and give them my debit info. I read my card to her three times and per her own words- It was declined due to incorrect card number. I ended up not getting my order. I asked if there was anyone else available and she said there wasn't and that there wasn't anything else she could do ASIDE FROM PUTTING IN THE CORRECT CARD INFO????!!!!)ONE BLOODY STAR!

I specifically made sure the cashier understood that I wanted a white pizza because of a tomato allergy. Guess what I got? A regular pizza with red sauce. Then my wings seemed microwaved and instead of them being tossed in the sauce they were obviously squirted halfway on them. NEVER AGAIN!
