Papi Cuisine has been on the list for a while. I drool at times when I see the ? posted on Instagram. This Sunday, I decided to bite the bullet and take the drive from Virginia to try all the items. Rashad was my server, and he was great. I had 1000 questions, and he was willing to answer them all. He was very responsive and kind. Would recommend him big time.Now for the food... the mac-n-cheese needed some salt and pepper, but it wasn't bad. Mashed potatoes were pretty decent and one of the few things that didn't need seasoning. The lamb chops were very peppery, in my opinion, and over cooked. The fish was mediocre but again lacking seasoning and was a bit overcooked. Stuffed lobster tail was fishy... seafood shouldn't be fishy. The pasta was one of the best items I ate. It had more sauce than I care for but it was a solid entree. The egg rolls were something I was so excited to try and honestly was hoping would be amazing but were not. They were lack luster and reminded me of an item you would grab out of the frozen food section. Chicken wings were the 2nd amazing item that I ate there. But let's be clear I'm not driving to Baltimore for chicken wings. The jamablya needed seasoning BIG TIME!!! There was so much of it brought out but lacked inspiration and rice.Music was good, and the hostesses were nice and accommodating. Chances are I won't be back, but now I know that I am not missing anything.

First timer! Easy reservation process. Wasn't crowded at all. The crab egg rolls were very good. As well as the wings. I didn't order any drinks. I did, however, order the gumbo. To me, it was too salty and not enough rice. The entrée was plentiful. I had enough to take home. Super friendly staff that served my table. Food came out extremely fast. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. Parking can be sketchy but the restaurant was worth it. I'd go back to try another entrée and get some drinks.

Really enjoyed my date tonight. Start to finish.The food was great! Nice music and the staff was amazing. Also, was treated to a nice birthday treat thanks to the bartender Q. Very nice gentleman. My family and I had dinner at this establishment on 3/24/2024. We were coming from church (hungry for some good food)! Our server was an older lady, who was extremely rude from the beginning! The prices are very high for the quantity of food! I ordered the Rasta pasta Alfredo, which was $40 (HORRIBLE/BURNT/COLD/DRY). This was one of my WORST EXPERIENCES in a few years!! If you’re looking for good service, food, and prices…. THIS PLACE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL AND THE FOOD WASN'T GREAT!! Not to mention our check was $400!!!! Please don’t waste your time here!

The location is in a crowded area. The one thing that you need to know is that there is a parking garage you can use though I lucked out and found street parking.Since our reservation was kinda early we didn't want heavy meals. We told the waitress that we wanted to order appetizers for the meal. Unfortunately, since they place the order through tablets there's no way to let the kitchen know that the apps aren't apps. So basically none of us were eating together. When my sister attempted to explain to the waitress she fained that it was a kitchen problem. It was almost like it was the first time people ordered apps as a meal.I had the smart sense to order the strawberry salad. It was the best thing that came to the table. My father ordered the fried chicken wings which were dry (internally). My mother ordered the crab cake sandwich which she didn't like so she didn't eat it.The bright spot was that we were there to celebrate my nephew's birthday. They made it very nice and brought him a birthday brownie and ice cream to celebrate.By the time I drove two hours to get back home, I actually had to get fast food since it was too late to cook.Parking: There is a lot at the end of the building that we were not aware of until we found street parking.

Amazing meal, amazing atmosphere. This restaurant is just a vibe on its own. Great food. The lamb melts in your mouth. Mac n cheese had the right amount of cheese.

We were seated but a waiter/waitress never came over to even take our drink order. I would understand if it was rush hour but there were only 3 other tables being used. We ended up leaving after sitting for over 25 minutes without placing an order. The service was horrible and we won’t be back.

The food was good, our host at the bar was friendly, happy and very tentative. The brunch menu doesn't provide all that's on the menu so that was a downer. The atmosphere was nice also. Liked that they had a dj. Not sure if I'll go back because the parking isn't so great.

I have visited this establishment several times and NEVER been disappointed. Well, I guess all good things end. After receiving a take out meal, I found the crab egg rolls significantly smaller, while seeing other orders I noticed the portions were also reduced, the brisket egg rolls appeared to have been sitting under a warmer lamp so long that the top layer of had a hard burnt crust. I never had a problem with the prices because the quality was on point, after my last experience, regretfully it will be my last.

This restaurant is so amazing! The food is absolutely amazing. The food looks exactly like the pictures. I will say when we went to visit. It was very loud and very crowded. Kind of hard to have a conversation. But other than that would definitely come back. Finding parking might be a little hard depending on time of day.
