Ordered a cheesesteak sub meal not only was the food cold and they only are up the street but I found two long blond hairs in my sub after waiting for almost 45 mins for my food to find hair in it and cold I was upset called to see what could be done and recieved nothing but rude attitude told there was nothing they could do and was rushed off phone and hung up on them I tried calling back just for my calls to be ignored worst delivery place in Dundalk in my opinion I’ll never order from here again it’s gross

It was awful I ordered food the cashier wasn’t pleasant they had no gloves on handling food no hair nets man that works there has a beard and when I was eating my sub I found a hair in my food It made me sick to my stomach The owner is not a nice man I wouldn’t offer anyone to go there and eat and the place isn’t very clean not in back

Ugh TERRIBLE ! Don't waste your time or your money we spend $35 for some nasty Subs mushy fries and chicken nuggets that I don't even know if they were chicken! What a disappoint. I grew up in dundalk and pennys USED to be GREAT! NOT ANYMORE....idk if it's new owners or bad cooks. We will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN.
