I usually come to this restaurant for drinks but often I’m disappointed but I will say the food is really good here along with portion size.

EVERTHING was Excellent! Coconut shrimp, nice, big shrimp but small portion in my opinion! Wings were great, very tasty, oxtails fell off the bone and were plentiful! Cabbage tasty, rice was good and the drink was great! Service is a bit slow, BUT DEF going back!

We arrived for our reservation and the doors were locked. There was an illuminated "open" sign in the window, but nobody was inside when we peered through the windows, and there was no response when we knocked on the door. There was also no sign on the window that the restaurant was closed for any sort of emergency. We were disappointed not to be able to dine, but went to the Hull Street pub nearby.

The restaurant is a local small business, but with seating up ,and downstairs. It takes a little while to get your food, but I understand. The food is outstanding, and worth the wait.

The food is really good. The bar is limited, and the menu & drink prices are a bit high. Mixed drinks hover in the mid to high teens. Entrees run around $30 give or take, with some pushing $40-50. There are a variety of small plates for a lighter meal, however.

My coworkers and I dined here for our holiday gathering and it was a great experience. The restaurant is quaint and clean. Located in a residential area but there is plenty of street parking available. There are two levels and we dined upstairs. The food is made to order so I wouldn't recommend if you're in a rush. I ordered the curry chicken and that came with rice and beans , veggies and two pieces of fried sweet plantains. The food was hot and flavorful. The veggies had a little spice to it but it wasn't unbearable. I normally don't drink but decided to indulge and order kisses by the sun. The bartender did her thing with my drink. It was so good. Shout out to Jay. Overall, great experience and worth the visit. Give them a try.

This place was not what I was expecting. I made a reservation and when I arrived the staff were confused because they didn't know they took reservations (red flag #1). When you walk in there is a bar and a few tables downstairs, honestly we thought we were at the wrong establishment, but they have more tables upstairs. They sat us upstairs and handed us menus. About 15 mins passed before the staff came up to take our drink order (red flag #2) and it took even longer for us to order our food. I got ordered the brown stew chicken and my date ordered the Rasta pasta. I was not impressed with my entree. The chicken was dry and tough, the rice was just dry. I tasted my date's entree and it was delicious so yay for that. Overall, even though the service was slow the staff were very friendly. The food was ok, not sure if it's authentic Jamaican cuisine.

This establishment is terrible! From the time my wife and I entered, people were belligerent at the bar and management didn't say anything. After we finally ordered our meal, our food took 1hr, 5 minutes to come out. My wife ordered the fish and the center was cold. I ordered the Rasta Pasta, which was over cooked and appeared that they just dumped salt in the middle of the plate and served it. Another couple (who was there 30 minutes before we arrived never received their meal. When the manager was requested, it took her an additional 20 minutes to come out. Customer service at this place was poor and not recommended.
