We love the wings! Correction, we used to love the wings. The 6 piece now only comes in "ghost spice" which is so hot it burns your mouth and throat. They have killed this option for me. So disappointing. If you don't want to sell wings just stop selling them.

Ordered five tenders dinner and some how received all legs the chicken is hard and dry ! If you didn't have the necessary chin then the order should have been canceled not replaced with whatever you had left !

Who ever was working night shift at 11:40pm on 01/15/2024 at the Belair Road location, they’re unprofessional and would rather be on their phones then do their job. I work Uber eats on the side and Just like I’m expected to do my job so that my customers are satisfied Popeyes should hold their employees to that same standard. It’s not the first time this happens.

The worst Popeyes for miles!! The food was overcooked,My popcorn shrimp were hard like charcoal and my apple pie was dried out like a prune! Had to throw out my box of hard food on the highway.If I had time I'd take it back! Just plain out No!!!!!!!

This is the worst store ever and the manager Maria L.. is a horrible person. I placed a mobile order thru the app which was filled incorrectly. She was getting smart at the drive thru window but wasn't smart enough to know my order was wrong and when I told her the sauces that I had paid extra for was not in my bag she forcefully pushed them into my hand. I got home realized my order was wrong and went back to the store to get them to correct it. I was told there was no manager or staff that night. The security guard on shift last name who I am almost sure was name Tyriq.. said that this store always gets orders wrong because they don't really speak English. This is the worst Popeyes in Baltimore. Maria L. if that was even her real name was rude and very disrespectful... Oh and when I tried to call the phone number listed online and on the receipt was a non working number. I asked for the number to corporate and the security guard they gave me 410-872-4696. I don't know who's trap phone this is but it didn't work either.
