On my way home from work, I stopped by to get a fish sandwich. Get home ready to enjoy my fish sandwich and it wasn’t fish.. it was chicken! 10 bucks down the drain. The fries were cold! I started those as I pulled off.

Today will be my family’s last time patronizing this location. The bad part is this is our closest location. Long story short the service doesn’t mirror customer appreciation. I was told today that they weren’t allowed to take 2 orders from one car.This was said to be the rule made by the owner. So after waiting at the window the cashier gave me the “take it or leave it”stance. I purposely made the 2 orders at the menu board to see, how they would conduct the situation. Like I thought they failed.$30 worth of chicken tenders and a headache. I had a similar experience a few weeks prior about substituting a side for a biscuit. They wanted to create an up charge for a downgrade ! So I went inside to make the second order for my son. We pull off and in the midst of going down Security Blvd. They didn’t put his strawberry biscuits in the bag !So pressed for the cash but won’t make reasonable accommodations for the customers that they require so much of. I actually sat there and waited for this “employee” to do the right thing. We still ran the drive thru time up. So what difference did it make ? They won the battle but lost the war. 3 customers gone for trying to spend money. Make it make sense.Parking: It can be a little difficult for a novice driver to get out if the drive thru line is long.

The wings were not crunchy and they were too soft. The flavor was good but for 6.99 it was not worth it. I went through the drive thru. The guy over the mic was really nice though. I wouldn't recommend the wings but my son got a blackened chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were hot. I didn't go inside but the outside looked pretty clean .

If this franchise is privately own or a part of the popeyes you need to pop in and do a check on your business. The people working this store are lazy and not concerned with their menu. They always run out of chicken our of different parts of drumsticks, wings etcOr multiple items are unavailable, they don't even say they're dropping more just "we don't have any wings" this is sub par for a chicken franchise to run out of chicken

As of July 2023, since 2022 the Popeyes locations have been serving much smaller prices than they used to and raised the offices at the same time. Overall the customer isn't getting a good value. Lately I have repeatedly received thighs as small as wings. It's sad. To get the best value for your money if you have the time full out the survey on the neck of the receipt and get 2pcs chicken with purchase of a larger drink. So for about $4 you get something then is normally order much much higher. This is the only way to stretch your dollar with the small chicken pcs you get normally.
I ordered a spicy 10pc and a strawberry lemonade. Before leaving, I asked again if it was all spicy and was told yes. I get home and none of them was spicy. Please make sure you give a paying customer what they asked for. If you didn't have any spicy chicken then say that and people can wait or order something else. It's really not hard yall.

I have a problem when I am charged and given something when I didn't order it.In the drive thru, I asked for a medium drink and was given a large.Just imagine how much they make if they do that 100 times a day.

Those chicken tenders were not good. They were anemic, dry and barely hot . Had to go to Raising Cane's to wash them down.

I ordered chicken nugget bites and saw black particles attached to one. I'm a visual eater, I don't like to see or taste anything that look burnt. So I picked off the black spec and noticed another part of my nugget with another black spec on. After careful review and looking at it, you can see that's it's mouse turds. Mouse poop are small dark brown or black granular pellets.They have pointed ends and look like seeds or small dark grains of rice. Took my food back and I got no apology, only $4 back from a $12 meal. I informed them I was calling the Health Department. I will never eat there again and they should be closed down. I work in the food industry as a manager and know that it was mouse droppings.
