I had to keep repeating my order Ghost pepper wings was not done they were soft and chewy and also pink which is very gross and disgusting i paid $76.55 for alot of food just for it to end up like that yall need to get it together and hire some people that speak clear and proper

I wanted to try the franchise in a place it's originated from. I wanted to see if it taste different. Well....its just wasn't a great experience. It was a lot of random ppl in the establishment and you can order from kiosks, but the options were limited in making changes. So I went to the main line. Well that was even worst. I told the person at the register I wanted to order and she just pointed at the food. I was like "HUH?"....I just ended up walking out because it was too much going on and not enough ppl to help.

I ordered a 3 piece dark. I ordered a 3 piece white with a side of coleslaw When I got home and my wife peaceful order. There was a thigh instead of a breast and I did not receive my coleslaw I tried calling no answer. I went back the next day. They told me they couldn't give me anything. They did not believe my story.
Why tf they so stingy about the sauces ? And there is a huge language barrier here as well. The food was trash even for Popeyes.

The staff was excellent but the food was not. Expected to see crispness on both sides of my chicken breast. I did not, but saw an over fried side of chicken only and it chewed like shoe leather. Gave the sandwich to my dog... management did offer to replace the sandwich the next day... otherwise all is well. I will give the another chance.
Doesn't allow more than one coupon to be used per car. SHAME !

The young man at the drive thru offered and explained the specials (with options). Chicken was hot and fresh. We don't see enough of that from fast food chains.Parking: Drive thru can be a little tricky so pay very close attention while going around to the window
