I haven't been to this location in decades, so this was my first time trying them since I moved from the area and before they had a drive thru. So, me and my mother tried this location around 9ish Friday night. It was chilly and raining so we 'tried' to use the drive thru, well upon our discovery the drive thru was down. DOWN!!! Brand new, mind you and it was down, not sure why it was down, and i know it wasn't because they were closing in another hour and some change. Moving on to going inside, the smell of chicken was in the air. My mother ordered her food and when I ordered a 3 piece, a breast and two wings (you need 2 to equal one, if you know you know) they told me they were out. Excuse Me!?!? How is a chicken restaurant OUT of a certain piece of chicken. I didn't get an estimated time on how long wings will be out, nor was I offered to get their party wings in its place, which they had mind you, but nevertheless I just ordered a breast and thigh and went about my businesses.

This is one of the most unprofessional places this side of Baltimore to eat.. it's bad enough that there is some language barrier ( for example, you place your order and explain exactly what you want, and they still will get your order wrong ). And this is one more than one occasion. This place sells refried chichen, or what seems like it's been sitting under a heat lamp. The drink station, It has what looks like mold or it needs to be cleaned. The fries are 90% of the time cold and / or burnt .Customers are always waiting in lines due to the staff getting confused by folks picking up their food vs folks placing their order, complete disorder..While this place is convenient due to its location as a consumer, you are better off going to a different location where better customer service, while not guaranteed, is at least a possibility.

Called prior to making order on Uber eats. There is no choices of what kind of pieces of chicken you want, so I called ahead of time and asked if I could request 2 thighs and 2 legs spicy. I called before ordering and again once I placed the order just to confirm. Got the same person both times. He assured me of my order. When order arrived I received one thigh, one leg, one breast and one wing. Very disappointed ☹️. Also, it was NOT spicy!! It stated spicy on the Uber eats app...WTH?! Howard Street is worse. Not ordering from either place again. Unfortunately I am disabled and can not drive like I used to and there is no one to rely on to go get items for me like restaurants. I order groceries through Instacart and any fast food thru Uber eats. This is very frustrating.

The chicken in this place has really gone down. Looks like yesterday's chicken that they have reheated. My last

If I could give them no Stars I would, they need better customer service. Also clean the beverage filters that the customer's get their beverages from.

Forgot a sandwich had to drive all the way back and you would have thought they would've offered to replace the fries as too considering they would be cold now. Second bad experience. Purchased strawberry biscuits before they were like hockey pucks and had now frosting on them.

The chicken was dry, and the biscuit was hard and cold. Also, I stood in line for 6 minutes before someone asked me if I wanted to place an order. The kicker is the bag charge in Baltimore is 5 cents, and they charged ne 10 cents what a way to rip off your customers.
