This store is nasty I found hair in my food and they wouldn’t refund me because I lost my receipt. As soon as I seen the hair I told showed them, they quickly took the food and throw it away but didn’t want to refund me. Zoom in picture to see the hair, the pieces on the side is from me spitting the food out after bitting it and feeling a hair in my mouth. I will never go to that store again. The Popeyes in Edmondson village shopping center. The staff was not helpful or friendly and one of the workers tried to get smart because I wanted cooperate number and they keep trying give me the store number.

The chicken was burned and cold as ice! The biscuits hard as rocks, the fries were greasy and the soda tasted like syrup!!

All of the employees handling food are not wearing any gloves. When asked "why," the cashier Tennell stated that "we are not required to wear gloves." The guy preparing the food is covered in a red rash (arms, hands, and face, including swelling). This is very unsanitary.

11/26 of all days of using doordash. I always order everyday for lunch. 2 piece white meat spicy. Today I got a small thigh and a very small wing. How did the person who work there ever put that for someone getting delivered which I am paying doubled for. I even live behind the village. Even an extra wing would have did it. But come on I am disabled and I would have taken it back. I hope this dont make you lose a good 0ayong doordash customer. Talk to your employees about when the chicken is not ready of not to uand us anything will ruin any business
