Wanted a cup of coffee 11:45 am and an employee rudely said they stop selling coffee after 11am. Rudely directed me to Cinnabon and as if lugging my bags down the way and losing my seat wasn’t a concern. Tried to get coffee here as right next to them claimed they were out of coffee at 9 am.
Sadly, there is no PotBelly location where I live so when I’m in town it’s a must to stop by Terminal A whether my flight is in V or C terminal. Absolutely love this location & staff, appreciate their patience & my sandwich is always top notch. Keep up the great work!

Late, tired, hungry, travel weary I was so kindly helped with a friendly smile and kind words. Give this man a raise! His warmth was so welcome and changed my evening. My Chicken Salad Salad was a little unwieldy but tasty and an ample portion for late dinner at a very reasonable price. I travel through BWI sometimes, and will remember Potbellys as a place to stop.
