The ugly ahh employee alyssa ALWAYS has an attitude. She’s so passive aggressive and making comments under her breath about wanting to go home. I understand fast food can be stressful but girl you make me hate this location. And it’s the closest to me. Like her attitude is always so nasty girl maybe it’s time for a new job ✌?

Food was very good. First visit. First impression not great. Tables were dirty, floors were dirty..Service was very slow. Nobody speaks English. So it impacts the flow. The a la cart nachos were so skimpy in quantity the bag felt empty. No cups were given for the ordered drink. The iced tea containers were uncovered and the unsweetened iced tea was completely empty. Drink area needed attention. The food was fresh and delicious but the restaurant needed attention to cleanliness.. I'll try another location next time.

Gave up on this spot for awhile. Wife and I figured we would try it again and I'm glad we did. Comeback of the year. Complete turn around from bad food, bad service and dirty tables. 100% satisfied, great job!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I will never go back to the Whitemarsh location. The customer service I was given by the manager Layla was horrible. I asked for 3 kids nachos at the beginning of the food line and when I got to the register with the manager Layla I was told that I didn’t get kids nachos bowl. I was confused as to why that was my fault and instead of her offering me a kids nachos price she charged me for something I didn’t ask for!!! That was unacceptable!!! Never again!

the lady MAMA is rude and ignorant every time I come their she has a attitude and she doesn’t ever try to give me what I ask for or enough I feel like she targets me cause it’s always me she does it too and has an attitude like the food I’m paying for is gonna affect her funds I’m disgusted and MAMA has been a big issue since I’ve been going there

Everyone is Spanish and have been here for 2 weeks in the country! You tell them your order and they dont understand! The managers are the only ones that speek english and if you ask for a manager they will make the food right! I will never go to qdoba again!

They are very rude and their portion size of food is so small it was barely any chicken I just asked for a little more and was told I would have to pay extra I said that’s fine I was not worried about the price. But when she added more it was like three more pieces of chopped small chicken and it was not worth it I love their food and never experienced this before but I will never go to this location again

I have enjoyed Qdoba for years but recently service was terrible. Ordered online and arrived 8 minutes after order. Ok so we were a few minutes early than the estimated time but typically our order is always done right away. My wife had been inside for about 15 minutes. I started questioning what was going on when I saw people going in and walking back out. I waited 5 more minutes before going in to check to see what is going on. People who had walked in after my wife did were getting their food and checking out. I asked about our online order to which assuming was the manager said she is getting through the line before working on the online orders. I pushed back with comment that my wife has been waiting here longer than anyone who is currently in line and seeing people walking out. I was given some excuses. She wasnt going to make the food just yet as she still wanted to work the line but when I told her about my wife waiting in line 20 minutes and could have walked through the line and been done before this. She did make our food pausing the line and missed several items in both bowls. We wont be back to this location. Overall time from ordering to leaving was 30 minutes.

Do not come to this location. Absolute worst Qboda location I have ever experienced. Nothing was fresh. The steak was like beef jerky, the chicken was tough, and even the chip were like porcelain tiles. Not coming back to this location ever again. The soda was the only redeeming item.

Qdoba’s is one of my top 3 favorite restaurants and on Thursday I currently visit the white marsh location 5282 camp all Blvd my first visit was great however, my continued experience with this location on Thursday has always been horrible from my first visit the employees are rude and don’t want to give you what you ask for even if your paying extra they overcharge because they don’t have the proper inventory to serve my choice of the menu this hasn’t occurred not just once but numerous amount of times with this location I say to myself every week I need to not go but it’s my favorite and convenient, food is good at Qdoba’s but not this location their attitudes and customer service makes my food taste horrible and when you complain they get even more rude this location is having me think twice about ALL Qdoba’s they shouldn’t have staff like this with the great name behind the food today was my last time visiting this location hopefully I Will visit others just not this one I walk to the door of the location and I ask myself why are you doing to yourself again because I know it’s going to be a problem with my food ……. And it irritates me because with my work I visit restaurants across Maryland and I know good customers service and professionalism and they have none I only have a few mins for lunch each day some days I don’t get lunch so this is a huge disappointment to me and time consuming to have to stop to get your lunch from one of your favorite places to be disappointed and time wasted with food you pay a for and don’t eat because of the experience that just ruins your appetite, I guess on Thursday I will just have to go across the street to Taco Bell

Not gonna lie. One of the best burritos I've ever had. Better then Chipotle. Both cook and cashier were very friendly and nice. But the food here is actually very good. Definitely coming back here.
