Awful awful awful. I NEVER BEEN HERE and actually patronized the place. They are always closed when i try to go. I just got here at 8:35p and everywhere online and on the door says they close at 9pm. I walk in and guy doesnt even greet me but says "oh we closed". Freaking awful.

We arrived at 8:30 and were told the kitchen was closed. If the kitchen closes 30 mins before the posted closing time, that really should be posted somewhere on their website, or 8:30 should be listed as the closing time perhaps. We drove a fair way just for Refocused - for nothing. We wouldn't have bothered to make the trip if we'd known we were going to arrive too late to eat.

I hate to leave this type of review but I spent $55 and the only thing I liked was the fries and I had to put hot sauce on them. I'm trying out different vegan restaurants in baltimore and I'm sorry to say this one is not it. I had the shrimp ,the impossible burger (not seasoned at all) and I paid extra for onions. I got the mac and cheese and the drummies. I took one bite and wish I had saved my money. This spot gets a 2 out of 10

Upon opening the bag I noticed my delivery came with no napkins, utensils or sauces. There was no option for me to choose any on DD.The Vegan Crab Cake Sandwich was a hot mess, I had a thin layer of sauce, a sprinkle of wilted lettuce and 1 piece of thinly sliced tomato.The flavor of the meat itself was decent & mimicked the texture of a crabcake which was nice.The Vegan Chicken Box was equally disappointing with no sauce, wilted fries with no other flavor than salt. The wing itself was tough to bite through there was no crunch whatsoever, it was not seasoned at all. I had to drown them in spicy mustard that I had to even be edible.The ONLY saving grace was theRefocused Alkaline Activated Lemonade it was really goodFor $38 I should have received fresh ingredients and good food.

I was not in the mood for the portobello mushroom cheese steak, but I asked my friend to pick a second item to share and that's what they suggested. It turned out to be the best vegan cheesesteak I have ever had in my life! All the items we tried (4) were: small mac and cheese, cheese steak sub, portobello mushroom cheese steak sub, and parmesan truffle fries. All were delicious, but that portobello mushroom cheese steak blew me out of the water! The truffle fries were also amazing. I always love the atmosphere at this place, and I enjoy sitting at the counter window with the barstools, to watch the passerbys. Laidback and cozy environment.Vegetarian options: This place is 100% vegan, and therefore also vegetarian by default.

Literally stumbled upon this restaurant one night on my way to an appointment. Homeless man near the intersection asked me for cash, which I did not have, but then said anything would be appreciated. Figured a hot meal would be good, so I ducked in to place an order. The area was well lit and there was clean open floor space. Chairs and tables were stacked to the side, and floor was just mopped. There was one person ahead of me ordering on the kiosk. Please note no cash is accepted at this location, and this is clearly stated. I ordered the vegan Mac & cheese and wings. From where I stood, I could see into kitchen area which was also very clean. Wait time was a bit over my expectations, however, they seemed to be preparing the food fresh and also filling online orders. Called the homeless guy in to get the meal, but he said he actually preferred to get something from the shop down the street. I said unfortunately I could not accommodate that request. He chose a pack of muellin herbal loose leaf tea, which this establishment also sold! We both left happy! Food was delicious and certainly defied my expectation of what vegan' food tastes like. Will definitely eat here again. They checked all my boxes!

Definitely the best vegan mac I've had. Everything is full of flavor and delicious. My only critique on the food is that the cheesesteak subs are extremely saucy and so they get soggy very quickly. I love extra sauce on things so I think this could be fixed if they toasted the bread. The cheesesteak itself is absolutely delicious.The other thing is that it's pretty pricey for what you get and there are other vegan places around that give a lot more food for your dollar while still being delicious. The mac is the main thing that keeps bringing me back here since you really can't get it the way they do it here from anywhere else.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan
