Roland Park Bagels is a go to spot for me and my wife and friends. Fantastic neighborhood place with so many vegan options! They take real pride in providing thoughtfully prepared meals, while also catering to dietary requirements that so many of us have nowadays. It’s always busy and even though that means you’ll have to wait sometimes, the food is always A+. Don’t miss it if you’re in the area!

Ordered a bagel today and I asked if they could split the cream cheese and do half plain and half Strawberry. They flat out refused to and said they never did that and would never do that. I mentioned that I had ordered it my last time in and they again said it was not possible and they would be fired if they did it. Look- if you can’t do half and half - fine, I mean weird- but whatever…- but the fact the employees could LOOSE their job over it is ridiculous and I cannot support a business with treats employees like that!Not a huge loss considering the bagel quality is mediocre at best.

My wife tried to order a plain bagel with half plain cream cheese and half strawberry cream cheese but we were told they couldn’t do it because the owner would “fire them” if they did. We refuse to support a business with an owner that fires their employees for such pathetic reasons, especially when the bagels are mediocre and overpriced. Do better Roland Park Bagels.Update: the owner of this establishment responded to this review calling me a liar. Need I say more people? If this is how they treat their customers, imagine how they treat their staff.

We really thought we lucked out when we found this place because the bagels are great and there are lots of vegan options, but we won't be returning after this morning's order. We ordered two bagels with tofutti and toppings and when we opened them up not only were the toppings left off entirely, but both bagels were cut with a dirty knife that left dairy cheese on the bagels, rendering the order entirely inedible due to dairy allergies. If you're vegan or have allergies, don't come here.

These are hands down this BEST bagels to get in Baltimore and they have vegan options that don’t leaving you feeling like you’re missing something. A1. The service, the bagels, the space. I had the most delicious grilled cheese I have ever had in my entire life. After a strenuous swim meet, I was warmly greeted by the staff and they were all being incredibly kind, respectful, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this cafe to anyone looking for good service and a good bagel
i came here with my swim team in january and i have to say that it was wonderful the bagel flavor danced on my tastebuds and tears streamed from my eyes after i had the smoothie the customer service was amazing and the women who made all the smoothies was so sweet 10/10 would recommend someone else on our swim team said that the grilled cheese was the best thing that she ever had

Went there in the 10th of December 2023 around 9am to buy a BLT on a bagel. First issue the toaster is not working to toast bagel and the second issue they gave me cold coffee. I did expressed my concerns and the short Indian lady and tall white girl had an attitude.. especially when I requested a refund. I will not go back there to purchase anything. Their behavior dealing with customers is disgusting and unprofessional! They need to be mindful of how they talk to customers and learn some kind of professionalism.
