Ive been to this location 3 times since returning to MD. I always get the same item. The item I get is consistently enjoyable and what I expect. There was a young Latina/Hispanic woman working there by herself the first time she was friendly and greeted me as I walked in. The other two times I visited it seemed like they just hired high school kids. The last two times I walked in no one greeted/ acknowledged me as I waited to order. The last time I went one of the workers was on her phone instead of taking my order. Then when she finally came to the register, she spent 2-3 minutes literally looking at her phone before taking my order. I used the restroom while waiting for my order. The restroom is atrocious and there was no soap. There is a sign that says employees must wash their hands before returning to work; how can employees wash their hands if their is no soap? This location has poor service and management.

Absolutely the worst smoothie king. I get smoothie king everyday from various locations. The place isn’t cheap. This is my 3rd time at this location, I wanted to give them another shot. I would drive an hour out of my way to go to another location, that’s how disappointing this location is. Staff isn’t friendly, bathrooms dirty and I get the same smoothie every time, this one was horrible. I don’t know how you make a smoothie taste like a gym sock. 3rd smoothie I’ve thrown out and all have been at this location. I would avoid.

Thanks so much for helping me order exactly what I wanted. Also subbing the peanut butter for cacao and such. Taste amazing!! Had the peanut butter chocolate, no peanut butter and added protein and energy! ? yummmm.Thanks again. Was done within 5 mins!

Terrible service . Nobody wanna work. They half assin their whole thing . They don't wanna do bowls and decide given their mood if they wanna offer bowls or not . My bowl had no granola . Which is like just a smoothie and some fruits. Second time there . Second disappointment. I'm over it . The products would be good and actually delicious. But the service just pisses me off .. I rather go to another location

How is a Smoothie King out of fruit to make smoothies? I will tell you why, it’s 7:30 and the young employees decided to shut down thirty minutes early prior to closing so they can get off on time at 8pm. I guess this franchise owner will be losing revenue for every customer that attempts to order prior to closing.

Just ordered a smoothie bowl...its more topping than the actual smoothie...what in the world is going on..this is the 3rd time that I've been here to get a smoothie and been disappointed...they didn't even fill the bowl halfway.. this is the 1 at103 Security blvd..3 thumbs down ???

Poor customer service, I was not greeted upon arrival. I’m pretty sure one of the employees kept hitting the panic alarm on their car while I was waiting on them to finish my order. Smoothie was watered down as well. Overall bad experience
