I went here for my high school prom. It was very clean and there is tons of space! The upper deck was very nice as well. One warning though, keep valuables out of sight, as the staff will throw them away.

Food was horrible and floor above was shaking. Puke on the floor, and covered it up with “wet cheese” Also, all the chairs were dented. The only okay thing was the views but highly recommend to eat before you come.

I was three minutes late to board the boat and they would not let me on the boat and it’s my anniversary. The doors were still open. The crew was standing outside of the boat, and they still would not let me board the boat. The lady with the clipboard even said, you’re the two that were still missing, and they still would not let me board the boat! I have never been so hurt been so embarrassed before like I was today. I paid for this boat trip for my anniversary and was not allowed to board the boat and I was three minutes late and the doors were still open! I lose my money don’t get to go on a boat trip and drove two hours away from home all for nothing.

Did the dinner cruise with my wife. Great food and beautiful views. Our server was Unique and they were awesome—very kind and helpful. Would recommend.

Just wow! Our cruise was awesome, everyone and everything was perfect. Good food, good music, good vibe, gorgeous views! Pineapple mimose was delicious!!Only negative comment is that they take a pictures of you and your group and tell you they will bring it to you later - which they did BUT you have to pay $32 for one or $43 for all. Shame to waste all that time/paper/ink etc. They should be up front about it.

I'm not reviewing the experience but the scam associated with the cost. Went to book the Valentine's Day dinner cruise at a cost of about $250 for 2 only to find there's another $100 in fees. That's right.......$350 for 2 tickets! Ridiculous and deceitful practice.

This was a nice cruise overall and we had a nice experience for the New Year's fireworks cruise!Most of the food was very good -the two highlights are the brussel sprouts and chicken, both of which were sauteed to perfection and tender. We weren't too fond of the freshly cut steak, because it was a bit chewy and lower quality. Also, some of the desserts were a little mediocre.The staff were friendly and decent overall. The space between the chairs and tables was a bit tight and made it hard to move through. Also, there wasn't much of a dance area other than the space between the tables! And lastly, the price was a bit high!But other than these little details, the experience was nice and it was fun overall.
Went on a cruise ride on the Spirit of Baltimore. Such a fun time. Tyra (like banks ;) )was awesome and got the crowd up and dancing with her awesome dance skills and Albert was a fantastic bartender. Both of these people definitely love their job and it shows.

The Halloween event was fun but did not come with food. When paying more than 30 up to 75 a ticket...food should accompany the ticket. Vip only meant get in first and pick a table before the general tickets. Overall, I had fun but buying food when you expected it already to be covered, kind of sucked.

It's sooo not worth it!! We paid for many upgrades and we were completely disappointed. Don't get the drink package because you will never get your drinks. Don't waste money on priority seating because it will get you a small table under the stairs next to the kitchen. Don't waste your money on included photos because they are not real photographers that would know to take more than one angle. Finally, if I had known that the window would be so dirty you could barely see, I wouldn't have reserved it at all. It's rain or shine so if you go when it's raining and can't see anything, it's not their problem, just yours. It was our 25th wedding anniversary, and I felt like we got robbed. I see that you responded as if you care. If you really cared, you would refund the extras and not allow people to purchase them going forward, at least not until you've corrected your staffing problems.
