I was highly upset Starbucks got rid of their raspberry syrup!!! WHY?! haha. The worker suggested this mocha latte with strawberry foam. Absolutely incredible suggestion. I loved it so much. She was very creative and hardworking. I wish I got her name, I wish she make my drinks every time. Even said she would make something else in case I didn't like it. Nope I didn't like it, I loved it! My day was going completely down the drain until I came here. So thank you for granting this temporary joy. Haha. Recommend coming here for awesome people that work here! Cheers!!

New to the area walked to the store before they opened at 5:30 I was waiting outside over 20 mins I was the 2nd person in line now there’s 6. Employees are still walking in if you open at 6 the store hours online should be updated but still it’s past that.

The service overall is a good service. But Brook ( one of the workers that makes the drinks ) is so rude doesn't have any respect for PAYING customers he rolls his eyes just overall disrespectful, this kind of behavior should not be allowed.

I purchase coffee from this Starbucks every morning and this certain male barista is very rude . The young ladies here are the best but one person spoils the bunch . He’s needs a course in customer service because he’s horrible .

Nice clean friendly local Starbucks. Appreciated being greeted when we walked in. Shout out to Tahir for not laughing at me when I didn't know what the Starbucks equivalent of a box of Joe was (it's called a traveler). I had a minute while I was waiting for that, so I got to observe Ayanna slinging it masterfully behind the bar!

I made an order at 6:30 am today when got there at 7:50 am send my son to pick it up ,one of the store servers said it’s not ready and she will make it now mind you the sandwich was sitting on the counterI waited for him 10 minutes order still not readySo I went in there were a lot of people in the store so I asked for my order the server said I don’t have it and if you have a problem you can get a refund and was loud to me . off course I got mad I told her I don’t need a refund I placed my order to long ago and I want my order immediately please , I also as her if my money is no good she seemed racist she was go back and fort with me when she finally finished she slammed it on the counter and said something nasty to me hmmmmmm

Great experience with my mobile order. Venti Sweet Cream Cold Brew coffee! This location is in Roland Park right next to a PNC and a boutique style grocery store, Eddie's. My coffee order was ready ahead of schedule. It was perfect to the taste. Employees were friendly and smiling. Sam was very helpful and friendly when I asked about the restroom and WiFi. The interior of the store isn't huge but the space was maximized with a huge table for seating to do work and some smaller tables in the rear of the store. There is also a good amount of outdoor seating. Five Stars for being a location that is truly committed to no straws! Loved that there weren't any out at all.
