The staff here is very attentive and friendly. This Starbucks is kept very clean and it has a gorgeous and cozy spot to sit outside in the spring and summer months. I made a strange coffee order and asked a bunch of questions about what type of non-dairy milk they have and how many carbs. They were patient with me and were able to give me exactly what I wanted =)

I love this Starbucks! The staff is amazing and has the best customer service. They are all polite, friendly with a very positive atmosphere. The team works well together and is very knowledgeable about their food & drinks selections. My favorite meals to date have been suggested from their team members. May I add I visit this Starbucks like every day! They be already knowing my order once I reach the counter. I highly recommend to all the Starbucks lovers such as myself.

This Starbucks may be small inside but the staff here is big time, with courteous fast acting service and with NO extremely unprofessionally LOUD music makes it easy to relax in, and a sitting area outside to enjoy your Starbucks order , the weather and your day with,,, *we the people of the world deserve a break, we've always have earned it! That particular Starbucks on Charles St is sketchy at best ... The barista that was there Wednesday morning was wonderful, while other times they have been rude, very rude to the point where I won't bring my young kids in because you don't know what or who you are going to get.
