I went here yesterday. They supposedly gave me double meat but it definitely was not double meat. Then I also got sick almost immediately after eating the sub. I could not stay out of the bathroom the rest of the day and even this morning.

My Imperfect Diary

A worker at Subway (an Indian lady)became upset when I asked for a paper towel to eat my sandwich. Paper towels cost only one cent. I feel like they don't treat black people well here, as they only greet white customers.

The place is very clean and the sandwiches are good like any other Subway but the staff are rude and very unprofessional I asked for something extra for a pizza and they got angry and I told them if it's extra it's fine I'll pay for it and they started talking in his language and you could tell how rude and angry the ladies were just because of something extra I asked for, very bad service!!!

Worst Subway experience I've ever had. I showed up a little after 10 am (opening time) and the doors were still locked as if they weren't open. I saw an employee behind the counter and she just stood there and stared at me acting like I wasn't there.

This establishment is mediocre. It's within close proximity to my home. The food is ok, the service is ok, the overall appearance of the store is ok. This place will forever be somewhere I go when I am in a time crunch, need something quick, easy. And don't want to cook.

They are rude , disrespectful, and over charging. I asked for 1 extra piece of cheese they started being rude threw the cheese on my food & then charged me $1.20 for the slice of cheese . Then when I asked about it they said because of a “footlong” like I’ve never Heard anything like that . These people are entirely DISRESPECTFUL…!! The lady was rushing me and not even letting me tell her what I wanted on my food . This need to be fixed or something . This is INSANEEE

Employees are always nice to me and the sandwiches are great. Very clean location. Only complaint I have is the cookies are often undercooked. Visibly pale cookies that don't taste right, which wastes money as I have to throw them away. Cookies need to be cooked at least 5 minutes longer maybe to be golden brown or darker, not anemic. I will keep going to this location though.

Very rude staff. No customer acknowledgement when you walk in the store. In fact, the lady sat in the back for 3 minutes before coming out to give me her attitude while talking my order. She "will that be all" me so much that I didn't wanna complete my order, felt like I was in a McDonald's drive thru. Will never spend my money here again and I advise you to find a better subway location. They obviously don't like working in the food service industry and it shows in their attitudes. Needs high level customer service training.
