We go to THB sometimes twice a week for breakfast. The bacon egg and cheese bagel is amazing! Customer service is not the best. When you place an order online, of course you go in to pick it up. However, all the bags with the name and order number are turned away from you. So you are not able to distinguish which bag is yours. Who wants multiple people rumbling through a sea of bags to see which one belongs to them? The atmosphere is a little chaotic in the mornings, but I'm sure much more calm during non peak hours.

They hollow the bagel to add cream cheese that's ridiculous I pay for the WHOLE bagel not just the crust and cream cheese where's the rest of my bagel? Paid for a specialty coffee and it came black. THEY ARE THE WORST!!! RIPPING PEOPLE OFF !!!

Bagels are good and have a great variety. Friendly staff but if you are thinking on dining in, think about it twice. They don't have a good kitchen hood vents and all the smoke stays in. It is annoying and clothes get impregnated with the smell.

Food is always great. I haven’t had a drink here yet but I usually get a turkey breakfast sandwich and eat indoors. Sometimes the tables aren’t clean. But it’s not very loud inside which is not. They always play good tunes.

I love THB!! I get it for lunch very often, and get a pizza bagel and iced mocha. Their brewed tea is always very tasty also!I've had extremely nice staff there, and I've had pretty ok staff before. Employees can have their bad days, so I understand.All my food is always correct and delicious, even when I mobile order.

THB has great bagel sandwiches however becareful when ordering sides. I got a side potatoe salad which cost $3.78. I expected atleast like a small deli container and got the picture in my review. Instead I got a thimble. Stay away from these.

Service was beyond slow. We went at about 12pm and there were about 6 people in front of me. I waited about 20-30 minutes. My coffee came about 10-15 minutes before my bagel and by that time I was half way done with my coffee. The latte was 6 dollars and tasted like something I could make at home. The bagel was so salty I was so beyond disappointed. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel and everything about it was salty. Sad to say I won't be coming back. I didn't want to believe the yelp reviews because Google reviews were better, but now I trust it.
