I avoid this location at all costs, but every now and then I find myself here with some friends. Anyway, came on a Wednesday and tried to order food. The website says the kitchen closes at 10. Arrived at 9:30 and was told that the kitchen is already closed and not taking orders. On top of all of this every table or bar surface is incredible sticky... gross. Also, I got food poisoning last time I was here. I'll go back avoiding this spot as best I can.

The service was excellent thanks to Manjo and Amanda. I went on a Friday night.

This used to be my favorite burger place in Fed Hill, but it changed hands a few months ago and it has really gone down hill. I recently moved back to Fed Hill from Fells Point, where Abby Burger Bistro has remained under the same ownership, and is still the best place in town for a burger, and I was very surprised to see the dramatic downturn in quality. No longer do they offer the Slider Trio of exotic meats, which was my favorite item. No longer do they have the Build Your Own order sheet and stubby pencils to make your selection. No longer do they even acknowledge you as you walk in and try to find a seat. They seem to detest having to serve customers. I can't imagine that they will be successful with this new business model.

The burgers here are great and really yummy. But this is the 2nd time I've ordered food to go and it's missing an extra I paid for. Last time, my food was missing my extra $$ side which was waffle fries. Tonight, my food was missing crab dip which was also extra $$$. It's annoying to not be able to trust their to go orders that they staple closed. Sucks because their food (burgers) are good.

I can’t believe this restaurant is highly rated. I love everything! I eat from street vendors in small towns in Central America. Here I ordered the Lamb chimichurri burger and literally spit it out. Flavorless burger and sauce. Tater tots all stuck together. Just complete garbage place. It’s a place in Cross St for crowds and to mingle and drink out of plastic cups hoping to hook up. Not for food.Just no.Walked a couple blocks to Brewers Cask which surprised and delivered with an excellent burger.

Mid food. Bad service. Wasn’t checked on once. Price not worth the food. Never been to a place where I haven’t tipped but this place made it the first.

Their own web pages listed the nachos being on waffle fries. I was looking for chilli cheese fries but figured maybe waffle fries make more sense and I’ve been going about this wrong my whole life.I get there, they have regular nacho. Waffle fries available for an up charge.Decent service but nothing special. Nice place but nothing special. But the bathrooms were 100% hazmat areas!! Dried on stuff mixed and redried matter all over. The one bathroom way more than the other. (I didn’t try the mens) Both had mildew at the water rim in the toilet so no chance that the heater just dried stuff that day. This looks to be an ongoing situation. Not sure who is supposed to clean them. But they were sooo gross I couldn’t even speak to anyone there after that.

Amazing beer list! Super knowledgeable about supporting allergy safety. So fun to fill out the make your own burger checklist. Tater tots were so crispy.

I have NO IDEA where any of these 5-star reviews come from. They must be friends of the owner or something. This place was possibly one of the most disorganized restaurants I've ever been to, and it was definitely one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. We chose this place to eat at before going to a show a short distance away, because we figured some good burgers would be an easy option for an in/out dinner. We were terribly wrong. The place looked more like a bar than a restaurant. But the menu had a lot of appetizing looking options, so it was promising. There were no actual servers or people to take your order, so the bartender came out from behind the bar to take orders at tables. He took our order, but as I watched him enter into a computer at the bar, he looked confused. It took over 45 minutes for us to get our food. Yes....it took 45 minutes to get 4 burgers...we ordered 5, but we got 4. My concern with how the bartender was entering the orders was valid, because he completely forgot to enter two people's sides and my complete meal. He never once came around to ask if we needed more drinks, and the guy from the kitchen who brought the food had some of it mixed up with other tables. When I asked about my meal...which had been forgotten...there wasn't even an apology or any attempt to explain anything. We still had 30 minutes to get to the show, which was only a 5 minute walk. We waited 20 more minutes for my meal to come out, and it never did. I ended up having to ask him to take it off because I never got it and paying the rest of the check just to get to the show on time. He just looked at me, again no apology or anything. This place was terrible. The staff was inept, unprofessional, the actual restaurant was dirty, and it was more like a corner bar. If I could give half a star I would.

Horrible service. I order a custom burger and they brought me the wrong burger. Then took the burger to the back and brought out the same wrong burger 10 minutes later. I will not come back.

I ordered take out and can sum up my food in 2 words. Yum, Yum, Yum!! (Okay, maybe 3 words.) The fried green tomatoes were friedtastic! The Cherrywood Burger was awesome and the homemade chips took it to another level. The ordering process was very easy and the staff were super friendly. Thank you for a mouth-watering meal!

Used to be such a nice place before they changed the management. You come in the middle of the day to have a burger and they do not serve burgers at all.Why the hell is it still called “Abby Burger” ?
