My husband and I truly enjoy The Canton Local. We have never had a bad experience there. The owners are extremely sweet and the bartenders are fantastic!! The chefs Melvin and Larry take pride in their food. They will sometimes ask you personally if everything is to your liking. We always feel welcome and look forward to many more good times there.

This is a nice spot I've visited a couple of times. I'm always distracted AND walking when I go here, so I don't know where it is and would have to use GPS if I were to drive. That said, the interior is decent, though it feels very dark in there to me, which isn't a problem - in fact, it's typical of a Baltimore bar. Plus the bathrooms are nice and clean. I've not had food here before, but the beer selection is decent, and the staff is attentive and friendly.

The new owner is Greg Brice is a horrible human being , drinks too much on premises , butts into the personal lives of his patrons , yells at patrons publicly, and is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The food is also quite horrible.

New owners, apparently bought it a month ago. Solid bar food. Good drinks. Great atmosphere. Friendly service.We had pretzels, wings and poutine, very good.
This place has AWESOME innovative cocktails. I go to a lot of speakeasy's and cocktail lounges in and out of the country and i really like the creativity they have. I will say they make their flavorings, syrups, etc., in house so they do run out of certain things so that said if you see a drink you'd like to try order it first. Their Desert Rose is delish and their Old Fashioned is on point. I prefer it with a rye bourbon though.Their prices are comparable to other places that serve drinks like this so don't get sticker shock.

OK, so it's close to my house. I've lived here for three years and didn't know their wings are the best! We had the Nashville hot (very slightly sweet with a tease of a kick) and the honey old bay. So crispy, yet not dry. Going down as my best wings in bmore...
Nice use of space and lighting, so it's cozy without being dim or cramped. I just dropped in for coffee, so I can't comment on the food, but the staff (particularly Sean :> ) are friendly, helpful, and pleasant to chat with when things get still & quiet. The coffee is delightful, too.

Fun local pub, clean, nice friendly service, good food and drink options. Went on a Saturday afternoon to watch the Ravens with some friends and had a few Guinesses, a Reuben, and order of onion rings. All were great!

I have watched this place steadily go downhill over the past year or so. The service is consistently SO bad. It’s difficult to get another drink and usually it’s only one bartender working for the whole place.Food takes an outrageously long time regardless on how busy the place is.The draft menu is consistently outdated, and the bar staff don’t seem to know what they have on draft. My girlfriend and will still occasionally try to come and support the place because it’s right up the street, but it will be a frustrating experience.
