I been patronizing, tropical smoothie for a long time and this one particular one Ingleside is the worst. I paid $10 for a bowl with nothing but yogurt and it is supposed to be a mixed fruit and presentation is horrible. I will never spend my money in that location ever again.

I spent a lot of money at tropical Cafe Smoothie and for me to get a mixed berry bowl twice this week and my bowl has missing toppings or little to no toppings is unacceptable I will no longer going to be spending any of my money in this store anymore and to top it off I called the store after placing my order to make sure they have my order correct and it still was incorrect NEVER AGAIN

I'm just being honest from my experience here at this location. I walk in and I see two people working the place is empty I go to the counter and I wait and I wait and I wait and I wait........the two workers saw me and did not acknowledge me look me in my face amd said nothing but just kept working, so i walked out smh. Now let's just say they weren't the person to ring up the food however at least say hello someone will be right with you, this is my second time going through this, now I'm not here to be mean but when the white and black people was working there they were attentive they greeted you at the door they would let you know someone will be you just to give them a moment. It just seems like ever since the Indian people started working there, there is no real good customer service and like I saidthis is my second time experiencing this with the Indian people working there smh

Stopped by this morning to grab breakfast for me and my daughter. We both got smoothies and breakfast wraps. The location is clean and well lit. I received my food in a timely manner. The staff are cool, they're not friendly but they are professional if that makes sense. I wish my wraps were bigger as I've received them bigger at other locations.

Do not pre-order!! This location leaves your smoothies in the heat, while waiting for you to pickup. Smoothie destroyed, hot ?.

1st time at this location and I love to start with the positive. The young man at the register was AWESOME. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Young lady making smoothies no expression at all, not even a smile. (could've been a bad day, I understand) NOW, the guy making the sandwiches HORRIBLE!!! Not only did I have to send the sandwich back TWICE, but the attitude received cancels this location for me. I cram to understand why I get the attitude and you are the one not taking the TIME to READ and MAKE food I ordered correctly. AND miss the standard items YOUR company advertises comes on the sandwich. This is customer service 2023. #SAD

I ordered a Bahama mama smoothie and the Chipotle chicken Flatbread sandwich. Both were delicious. A little pricey but unfortunately all fast food places are. At least I can say I was pleased with my meal. I think the staff does a great job.
