Came by for lunch on a Saturday and it was the best experience. Food was slow to come out but it didn’t matter the dough kept the kids entertained the entire time which we appreciated. My husband and I stopped in for a quick dinner and there were maybe 2 other tables in the restaurant and several people in the bar area. The woman tending to the bar area was great and attentive, but it wasn't her job to be tending to us. There were 4 servers sitting in a booth chatting, finally after 10 minutes and the woman tending to the bar area nudging them, one came to get us drinks. We ordered, but our waitress didn't write it down. The food came out after 20-25 minutes and my food was completely wrong (as in a totally different dish than what I ordered). I let them know, they took it back, and it took another 25-30 minutes for them to bring my corrected food back (a chicken sandwich). The waitress said they would comp the sandwich - they brought the bill and they had "comped" the incorrect meal she initially rang in and still charged me for the sandwich that took an hour to get brought out. They eventually removed the sandwich, but truly a terrible experience, will not be going back

I personally would like to thank Charles, Lance and their staff for always being professional, respectful, articulate and treating me and their customers with respect. If a customer have an issue the General Manager Charles is always the first to make things right. I have personally witnessed him in action. It’s not often that you see a General Manager interact with their staff and customers as much as Charles. If Charles is having a bad day a customer or staff meme er would never know and that speaks volumes and his leadership is very impressive and impeccable. Was there with a big party for a celebration and the waitress was very disrespectful not only to us but to her manager who was very accommodating to us she was loud and really disrespectful I have never heard someone talk to their manager like that and loudly to the point where other staff members apologized to us and others in the restaurant

Sooooooo Good! Everything I’ve had so far has been amazing. I knew the pizza was great, but never knew the food was so good. Had the Triple B burger and it was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. Pizza skins appetizer is ingenious! The staff is super friendly and the food doesn't take long to come out at all. A great addition to Canton Crossing!

Cool atmosphere, the drinks were good, but the food was extremely nasty and bland for the price! Waiters were very slow and nonchalant. This place was very empty on a Friday night which seems odd. Most of the time if the food is good at restaurants , they would be crowded and pack out! Took forever to come and take our order and didn’t even introduce theirselves or offer drinks. Food also took a long time to come out! Never had uno and wanted to try it out. This location is BAD and gives UNO a bad reputation sadly. Don’t go there

Our server was absolutely amazing, as was the food and atmosphere. Our food, to include our appetizers, came out quickly, and they were piping hot! Absolutely zero complaints with our server. She gave us great recommendations, took our order, and ensured that our cups were never empty. I've eaten at Uno in multiple states, and this particular location in Baltimore, MD, was particularly delightful.

So my neighbor and I stopped for lunch she ordered a veggie pizza white no marinara sauce and she likes it . The waitress was nice enough however , I am not very happy with the outcome of this experience . I ask for individual deep Dish pesto , banana peppers, anchovies, olives , spinach, garlic ,& with small dallops of ricotta cheese no other cheese. What I received was spinach , minimal anchovies,ricotta and mozzarella cheese I sent it back the manager came out .I explained to home what I wanted , he explained that the ricotta would spread without the mozzarella cheese. I explained that it’s important that I not have too much cheese due to my health issues. He says okay the waitress brings out the pizza in a box show it to me and shuts the box which I didn’t really have any issues until I arrived home and just recently decide to get a slice of pizza that I ordered. Well when I opened the box there was 1/2 inch layer of ricotta cheese minimalPesto what appears to be 1 little piece of anchovy a couple of banana peppers-no black olives. I tried to get rid of the the majority of the ricotta because I didn’t want or need that much ricotta. This is not my first time at UNO it was not the best experience unfortunately. I probably won’t be backParking: Plenty of parking very close to the entrance on the side.
